Hey GOP Senators, This Is It - No Hearings No Votes

GOP senators, if you give whichever Constitution-shredding libfascist Obama nominates a hearing, much less a vote, we are gone. Out of the GOP. Finished. And that means you’re finished too.

This action is a phlegmatic spit into the face of American jurisprudence. Is an Islamic one-worlder the best candidate this president can offer Americans? Aren't there supposed to be hearings?

Let's be real. You won't go anywhere. Where is there to go, the Dem's? Sure. The Libertarians? Yes, you can go there but they haven't attempted to run a winning candidate, anywhere, in years.

Fifty states, and fifty sets of rules on ballot access, and the odds are against you putting your own party on the ballot. You'd have to petition, petition, petition to get on a ballot. The Democrat and Republican parties engineered it so. Even if you make it on, keeping access to the next election cycle is slim. Somehow the Libertarians have managed to do it in most states for a couple decades without electing anyone.

By the way, the Libertarians won't want you. They successfully countered an attempt by the Perot (1992) followers to 'take over' their party. Internal party mechanisms would mean you're not welcome, unless you're an un-electable Libertarian.

Before you all get lost in your righteous indignation, check out http://abcnews.com.co/contact/ which has been rigged to prevent cut-and-paste.

Obama signed no EO placing a Muslim on SCOTUS, there is no way to make a recess appointment to SCOTUS, and abc.com.co is a spoof site designed to do exactly what it just did.

It's been said that the number "1" is the most ridiculous number in nature. If two hydrogen atoms can possibly combine with one oxygen atom to form a molecule of water, it won't happen once, it will happen over and over.

There is no mention of a two party political system in the Constitution. In fact there is no mention of political parties whatsoever.

Major political parties have collapsed before and their remnants reshuffled into new parties that went on to win big time. The Whigs and what we now call the Jeffersonian Democrats being the two biggest examples. The GOP's second candidate for President, some back woods lawyer named Lincoln, actually won.

So.....

It has happened before, and it will happen again. What's different this time is that we may now be witnessing both major political parties crashing and burning at the same time. Now that's HUUUUGE! ;-)

Some years ago it was discovered that leading members of the state democratic party in texas were also the leaders/members of the state libertarian party. the dems controlled the lib party.

McConnell: ‘Senate Will Withhold’ Consent of Any Obama SCOTUS Nominee

“Presidents have the right to nominate just as the Senate has its constitutional right to provide or withhold consent,” McConnell said. “In this case, the Senate will withhold it.”
