But the military presented it. So don't you look at your presentations before you present them? You just let anyone put slides in your presentations?

During my brief stay at Benning's School for Boys in 1970, one of the many clichés of indoctrination was: "cooperate and graduate". This is the outcome. Whatever the higher-ups say is what you will parrot to the troops. How is this any different than the 29 Palms study in the 90's where a high percentage of USMC enlisted did not have a problem going door-to-door to do a boot-and-shoot in order to confiscate our firearms? They just put this stuff out there in small doses and see what happens. They get their hands slapped and pull back. But, the collectivist mindset and robotic, self-serving obedience that characterizes the Amerikan military, especially the officer corps, is still there.

There would be very few Klan meetings if no Federal money was involved. Real Klansmen are few and enjoying their 9th decade on Earth.
I would not be surprised if ADL used some backdoor cut-outs to fund/direct the most violent and tattoo'd 'roid-raging ripped White Nationalists after they get released. It would serve their cause (and only cost a few hundred K-bucks).
This is the same Army that promoted the Ft. Hood shooter repeatedly just to move him somewhere else, even after he revealed himself in a presentation as a jihadist. So now half the country is "extremist" for being Catholic or evangelical? Definitely a load of crap!
And I read recently that the new commander of the Pacific Command thinks global warming is the most dangerous threat in the Asian theater. This is an admiral who reads classified threat reports and should be aware of real threats yet he thinks the ocean is rising dangerously when in fact it is falling and some islands are increasing in area.
Delusional lunatics are in charge.
What is left unsaid is those groups that are not considered "extremists".
To others who differ in ideology, they are just as "extremist".
