Breuer: "I dunno, what IS a Gunwalker?"
Holder: "You are."
Breuer: Like hell I am, you are."
Holder: "I know you are but what am I?"
The most comprehensive single posting I've seen on this to date.
Go and check out the whole thing. Lot's of links and trenchant observations.
I’ve been tied up on other things, but have been following the Project Gunrunner scandal closely — and delve into the basics in my syndicated column today. To its credit, CBS News gave this deadly Obama culture of corruption nightmare mainstream coverage last month. But it’s been brewing on the blogs of gun rights advocates David Codrea and Mike Vanderboegh and the website CleanUpATF.org, where the story originated, for months prior. Codrea’s journalists’ guide to Project Gunrunner here. Here’s Vanderboegh’s blog with massive Gunrunner links and background document caches, including this one of all official correspondence on the Gunrunner scandal between GOP watchdogs Sen. Charles Grassley and Rep. Darrell Issa and the House GOP Judiciary Committee and various Obama officials and agencies.
Mike...Here is an idea. Use this reward and you should be good to go on $$$ to fight the bastards.
WASHINGTON – The Obama administration on Wednesday offered up to a $5 million reward for information leading to the capture of the suspected drug traffickers who shot and killed a U.S. immigration agent and wounded another in Mexico last month.
Wow, Mike. Just heard MM say your name on Hannity. Traction perhaps.
Just watched Sean Hannity's show on Fox - Michelle Malkin just gave credit to Mike and David for their work in exposing the gunrunner scandal.
I saw it on TV!

Michelle Malkin was on Hannity on Fox News tonight, where she acknowledged, on TV, the work of "bloggers David Codrea and Mike Vanderboegh". Yer famous, Mikey! And in a good way this time!
I just saw Michelle Malkin on Fox news mention David Codrea, and you Mike as the origin of the gunwalker story live on Hannity. Wow, I'm going to make some popcorn. Good job guys.
Credit FINALLY getting where it's DUE!
And it's about frigging time, too!!
One big question, though: Why is it that so many cannot seem to wrap their mind around:
(1) the absolute idiocy of the "party line" description of what GW was SUPPOSED to do, and
(2) The OBVIOUS conclusion - the ONLY ONE which makes any sense - which is that the whole thing was a false-flag to provide "justification" for further infringement of that which "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED"??!!
I ask - at every available opportunity - some version of this:
* all this was hidden from the Mex.Gov, and
* all this was hidden from all US personnel (ATF, CBP, DEA, Etc) in Mexico, and
* all US personnel were even completely locked out of all related databases and information-systems (Per Darrin Gil), and
* no effort was made to follow the smuggled guns in Mexico, no surveillance occurred, etc...
How could ATF have EVER hoped to make a case against ANYONE in Mexico??!!
Apparently, when the odd gun turns up at a murder scene, ATF runs a "trace" to see if it was among those bought by a known straw-buyer. How does any of this aid in busting a "big fish" in Mexico?!
What could possibly occur after ATF let the guns "walk" that would enable a "bigger" bust of some "bigger" fish??!!
I haven't been able to come up with anything - nor has anyone else AFAIK.
If you think you can shed any light on this, PLEASE DO! All I've come up with is a headache!!

The ATF were eager faciltators of murder.
A question to all... does life ever imitate art?
