Look, for all the "Sandy Hook Conspiracy Theory" excrement clogging up my email inbox and the comments here, I can't get anything done. Enough. Sell it to Alex Jones, he's the disinformation artist. I will not use Sipsey Street to propagate self-discrediting crap when real issues are pressing. All emails regarding the subject, and all comments, have been and will be deleted. You can continue to shriek in all caps and call me names to your heart's content, but you're not hijacking this blog, or my limited time on this rock. Okay? That settles that.
That outburst taken care of, I am going for a couple of doctor visits and a new, state-of-the-art CT scan today. Keep me in your prayers. I'll try to have more later.

Continues to amaze me that so many want to jab at ghosts they think they see hiding in conspiracy theories when there are already plenty of hard targets directly in front of them that threaten the republic.
On your side 100%, except don't make the mistake of dismissing the SH Hoax people out of hand. They could easily say the same type of thing about "Fast and Furious" being a figment of someone's fevered imagination!?!
As an attorney, I have an affinity for a thing known as "evidence", as well as common sense, both of which are sorely lacking when it comes to a serious examination of Sandy Hook

Connecticut has been making news due to their hastily passed gun registration laws. According to some sources as few as 15% of gun owners have actually registered their firearms. News Blogs have been warning state officials are talking about mass confiscations of the unregistered firearms.
Plans for these confiscations hit a snag when a legislative intern dared to ask a question. “Who will be going door to door to take all the guns away?” asked the 21-year-old college senior.
Reportedly multiple people in the room in the most sarcastic voices they could muster said “the police”.
The unnamed intern then pointed at the list and said, “my dad’s name is on the list, and he is the police chief. I see three other names on this list of family members, all cops.”
With in hours a print off of all sworn Law Enforcement officers in the state was obtained. Comparisons of the list of gun owners who failed to comply with registration requirements and sworn LEOs showed a startling figure. Just over 68% of Connecticut cops had failed to register firearms according to the new law.
An anonymous source in the Governors office said lawmakers were dumbfounded. “Someone suggest firing all the cops who failed to register. But the reality of hiring and training that many new police officers is not practical.” The source goes on to say “Senator [redacted to protect our source] said maybe we should issue an official order to all cops to comply with registration or face termination. I mean seriously these people are a special kind of stupid to think that gun-loving cops are going to go along with this blatant violation of the 2nd Amendment.”
So now Connecticut is in little quagmire. The powers that be are making all kinds of threats, but there is no one to follow through on the threats.
No police officers or police administrators were willing to go on record for this story. Emails to members of the Connecticut legislator and Governors office were not returned by the time of publication.

Dear Sir, It was love at first read when I shared with my husband your warning post to the men and women of Connecticut charged with carrying out the tyrannical wishes of the treasonous legislature. All we could say was, "WOW".
I continue to be a fan, but my enthusiasm, (and I will beat you to it, I am certain your first thought to be, "Frankly my dear..."), was sadly dampened by your attack on those who have paid very careful attention to the Sandy Hook Hoax. It was that "incident", after all, that laid the ground work for the dilemma facing the guns owners of CT today.
As with OKC, (which you alluded to…), another government sponsored act of terror the Clinton Admin initiated, if you can't kill a lot of children, you at least have to pretend to. How else can you generate sufficient outrage to shame people into giving up their liberty?
Please don’t attack and try to shame us. Men like Brig. Gen. Partin USAF (ret.), risked his reputation to expose the truth of OKC, personally investigating and printing 535 copies of the results of OKC then HAND DELIVERING his findings to every member of The House and Senate to no avail. He deserves better.
This brings me to the defense of Alex Jones, I used to be embarrassed at the thought of anyone discovering I listened to his program. Unable to believe what I was hearing I would listen and be unable to ‘turn away’, like watching a car wreck. It took years to reconcile the cognitive dissonance.
Consequently, I have grown to be a great and ardent fan of Alex Jones as I have witnessed his track record, his intelligence, his passion, and authenticity. No one can fake those attributes, day after day, year after year, which have only bolstered his credibility.
Those who love liberty and display the courage that men like you and Alex Jones do, seem to have a lot in common, including a spectacular ego. Now, don’t be offended, because when men like you make the choice to face the truth, the worst of it and provide for it,(paraphrasing Patrick Henry…), it is inevitable that as your insights win out and prove all the Nay Sayers wrong, it’s hard to stay humble. Unfortunately, it also isolates you from those who should be your natural allies.
I appreciate all that you have undertaken on behalf of those newly minted felons in CT.
All of us who are acutely aware of the precipice we are all perched upon cannot help but be grateful for those of you gifted with the ability to articulate the sentiments that are innate in the heart and soul of every fiercely independent American.

Mike, On behalf of my wife and our two sons, I want to thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your courageous stand on the CT gun laws and the ongoing Civil Disobedience. We need more Americans with your kind of courage!
I recognize that this is your blog and you have the absolute right to say what gets talked about on it, and what doesn't! That being said, however, I think what you said here, and how you said it, have dissed more than a few really good people who are on the same side as you are, and, begging the point, we need all the good troops we can find for this current operation in CT.
I don't know for sure what happened at Sandy Hook, but do know one thing for absolute positive fact. It is "undeniable", to any thinking American, that whatever happened at Sandy Hook led directly to the legislature's rapid enactment of the vile laws that CT gun owning citizens are facing right now.
You and I both know what kind of slime that we have in the political class, both in DC and in CT as well as my home state of Maine. We have a cast of villians that not even Damon Runyan could have made up. These people are power mad, ego-driven, and ignorant, the worst kind of problem that a man would ever want to deal with! You have set a bunch of them back on their heels in the past few days and that was just wonderful to watch. I wish I could be a fly on the wall in CT state police HQ.
Speaking of the CT state police, there is Mr Vance, whom you, and "Guerilla Girl Ashley" have managed to ream thoroughly in the last few days, and that too was wonderful to watch and hear!
I watched Lt Vance at Sandy Hook, speak to the press and can only conclude one thing. In my 67 yrs that is the most despicable person I have ever seen.....wearing a police uniform and a badge. He is a total disgrace to good LEO's all around the country!
I think it more than just "coincidence" that he is directly involved in both of these issues.
I pray at night, for one thing at the moment. I pray to god that the rest of the CT state police officers, are much more human, and intelligent then that asshole is, or we are in for some deep s**t for sure.
However, despite my minor criticism here, all of us who deeply love "Freedom" think that, in the current situation, that you are "The Man". Keep the pressure on, and let us know if we can help in any way.
