Harry Reid's creatures? Now it is becoming clearer. Las Vegas police blamed the Bundys to disguise their own culpability regarding the Millers. The Millers were LVPD snitches.
William Norman Grigg writes that the Drug War Blowback: Vegas Murderers were Police Informants
Jerad and Amanda Miller, who were banished from Bunkerville by supporters of Cliven Bundy, had worked as informants for Nevada law enforcement agencies. After the Millers murdered three people — Las Vegas Metro Officers Alyn Beck and Igor Soldo, and Joseph Wilcox, an armed citizen who heroically tried to stop their rampage — their former handlers claimed that they were unaware of the couple’s “anti-police sentiments.” That claim is difficult to credit, given that Jerad Miller had a lengthy criminal record, and the fact that the couple had made itself very prominent in protests associated with the Occupy Wall Street movement.
Jerad Miller, who was mired in the probation system because of narcotics convictions, was precisely the kind of person whose vulnerabilities make him valuable as an informant and provocateur.
Grigg refers to this paragraph in a story that I missed in the rush to get up to Massachusetts this past week:
According to police, the Millers had cooperated with Nevada law enforcement twice this year to provide witness testimony, but detectives did not receive any indication that the couple had anti-police sentiments.
The reader who forwarded me these links commented: "I guess an informant is the furthest thing you can be from a 3%er. . . Wouldn't it be interesting if someone filed a FOIA request with LE to determine exactly what the Millers 'provided'?"
Yes it would, but that is not necessary for us to draw some interesting questions of our own given the available facts. Let us use an even better chain of logic and facts than that used by the New York state political police in tying the Millers to me and the Three Percent:
1. The Las Vegas PD was in the middle of the conflict with the Bundys.
2. The LVPD is a wholly-owned subsidiary of, and responds willingly to, the corrupt political machine of which the perfumed Mandarin prince Harry Reid sits at the apex of.
3. Since the LVPD intelligence unit knew with excruciating precision exactly what was going on at the Bundy Ranch at any given moment, the fact that the Millers had visited and hung around for a couple of days until asked to leave was certainly known to them.
4. The Millers, while exhibiting a remarkable flexibility of ideology that ranged from the Occupy movement to glomming on to the Bundys, were certainly, consistently and virulently anti-police.
The LVPD then may be properly asked: Did you send the Millers to the Bundy Ranch? What pressures did you put on them to become informants? How much did the Millers resent your pressure to provide information? Who was their control officer and was he a member of the unit tasked to the Bundy situation?
The conclusion one CAN reach, even in the absence of the complete answers to those questions is this: It would be fairer to characterize the Millers as creatures of Harry Reid than "supporters" of Cliven Bundy, or indeed of the Three Percent.
Maybe my tinfoil hat is a tied on a little too tight, but I don't think it's a stretch of the imagination to wonder if the Millers had been ordered to carry out their attack by their handler (or their handler's superior) in order to discredit the liberty movement. We now know that the CCW holder ended the rampage by wounding one of the Millers. Had that not occurred, and a higher body count been realized at the hands of "right wing extremists," then the mandarins would have their excuse for a crackdown on our side.
Why has almost every official statement from authorities from the 1963 on been found to be a lie or misinformation. Knowing lying is human nature doesn't instill any trust in those that perpetually lie.
This should cause at least a 6.9 on the Richter Scale of human understanding. But for a lack of knowledge it will more than likely not even cause a ripple.
In my mind, this revelation really blows the lid off this whole Bundy affair. This, plus the Chinese and their solar projects. And Reid being the facilitator in his state. And of course money is changing hands at the highest level. Business as usual.
I'm a '36 model, so if you do the math you might understand I've been around for a bit. And that info is important to put meaning behind what I'd like to say here.
You see, as a kid I used to think Dad was a tad daffy because of something he often repeated:
"Don't believe anything you hear and about half of what you see."
As I came to learn, Dad knew that of which he spoke. Which brings me to my question. Is there anyone with the brains of a year-old bird-nest that believes we can rely on "ANYTHING" said to us by local, state, or federal government?
Truth is its own defense; lies, on the other hand, need tuning with additional lies as truth is revealed.
I get the impression that a) the LVPD has not been entirely candid with us and b) they are not very good at what they do...
If Miller had convictions on narcotics charges, he would not be able to legally own fire arms.
so how did they get the guns?
Just a curiousity to me as I live in a commy state that does background checks and requres registration of all firearms, i believe in most states people convicted of drug offenses are precluded from owning firearms, not to say some dont slip through the cracks, but am curious how these people who should not own firearms in the first place had firearms?
@ Thomas Rice - you are correct, he could not LEGALLY own (or possess for that matter) firearms. I haven't seen/heard anything that indicates his spouse was a prohibited person so she could have LEGALLY obtained them. In all likelihood, he simply got them ILLEGALLY - which is just proof that 'gun control' laws simply do not work. And never mind that it is also illegal to murder people.......
Your tinfoil IS too tight there. I think it is more likely that the cops who were shot may have been involved in handling them.
They went on shooting until an armed citizen shorted out their script.
Ol' Harry is starting to look kinda like the Millers' very own Occu-Pied Piper.
And the most important question of all: "Did LVPD reneg on what ever deal with they had with the Millers? If they did, that would what started the ball into motion. Revenge / payback against LVPD, not revolution for getting screwed over.
Anon @ June 19 at 7:54am:
Can you provide a source for your comment that,
"We now know that the CCW holder ended the rampage by wounding one of the Millers."
I've not seen this publicly reported as factual information, only unconfirmed, uncorroborated speculation.
And to Thomas Rice, Miller allegedly got the firearms from his wife that apparently didn't have a record.
I'm not sure about your state but in my state, at least in my own case, I was busted for possession of marijuana on several occasions 17-20 years ago (misdemeanors, not felonies mind you). Haven't touched the stuff since the last time I got busted. I have bought several pistols and rifles over the last 5 years, background checks for each, CCW permit backgrounds checks come out fine as well. So unless the drug possession is a felony I believe he could purchase a gun.
dont you just love anonymous commentators requiring sources?
Look here partner, some things are simply Self Evident....
it doesnt take a "authorized Journalist" and their by line to make something true. "Reporters" do not establish facts, the truth itself does so.
The TRUTH is that an armed Freeman, a Citizen, exercising their Self Evident Right of self defense with arms as the means, stopped cold the plan to go on a Wal Mart shooting spree. It is brutally OBVIOUS that when confronted by an armed person NOT A MEMBER OF THE POLICE the looney tunes Millers chose to go out on their own terms instead of being put down like the dirty dogs they were.
so here is your "source".
Simple Self Evident Truth.
My bet is that the Millers understood just how corrupt those two cops were. Not unlike MANY others in the LVMPD.
LVPD: We got you doing something. Guns or drugs or whatever. Go to the Bundy Ranch and see if you can get someone to threaten a police officer or something.
Millers: It didn't work so...
LVPD: Then you're going to jail.
Millers: You promised! GAAAAA!!!!!
Every square inch of a Wallmart is filmed. Where is the film of the incident? To the person who thinks the Millers were taking revenge on their handlers. Why go in the Wallmart? They must have started to shoot in the Wallmart, because even if the Millers were beligerant inside the Wallmart and just being loud and mean, that doesn't deserve a shot by a CCW holder. The CCW holder wouldn't shoot unless the Millers were beginning a killing spree. They must have gone in there to start threatening everyone. If your aim is vengence on your handler(s) why go in the Wallmart and raise hell? Something about this doesnt make sense but someone has the Wallmart video, or if the elite are smart, it has long been destroyed.
The question of whether or not the Millers were associated with the two officers they murdered does indeed warrant further investigation. Don't hold your breath for an MSM expose', though.
It doesn't further the agenda, don'cha know.
So Mike III....you patently have NO EVIDENCE that what you're saying is actually the truth.
You admit you've made it up out of whole cloth.
Personally, I hope you're right b/c if the truth came out, it would be a huge boon for our side....but hoping isn't much of a strategy for the real world.
My name is Sean, BTW....if you need a name to attach my request for sources to.
"I think it is more likely that the cops who were shot may have been involved in handling them."
Bingo. It answers the question of why those particular cops. I find it extremely likely.
Just think of what cops do to create informants. They threaten and bully, to get their target to rat out their friends. Some people don't like being bullied. Some people don't want to rat out their friends, or worry what their (former) friends would do if they found out.
As to Reid, a man with a lot of power and no conscience or concern for others. Expect the worst from such psychopaths...
To the anomalous person named Sean. Do a web search for "how to recognize an agent provocateur" someone at the Bundy ranch must have read it to spot them.
Nice try at redirection, anon at 8:10PM June 20.
Still doesn't PROVE anything about Mike III's assertion that the CCW holder shot the Millers.
How 'bout we stick to facts rather than fantasy?....even though conspiracy theories are a lot more fun and interesting.
