After seeing enough false flags, involving agents provocateurs, I'm surprised the FBI hasn't infiltrated lemonade stands, run by minors. Surely such an operation, would gain them their favorite payoff, a Newspaper headline. Of course, if they use ferret rounds on the kids, the sought after publicity, might backfire. A risk I'm confident they'd take.

For the record he turned himself in, the Fibbies man hunt could not find him.
The DD's they reference are 12 gauge shotgun shells and some fishing hooks. What a catch guys, the streets are safer already.

From what I can tell in the indictment they should be going after every pumpkin tossing competitor as the bore is more than half an inch in diameter.

I don't think mechanical or air driven devices are covered. Only those that use a chemical reaction like gun powder.
