More on the militarization of the federal bureaucracy.

Armed EPA raid in Alaska sheds light on 70 fed agencies with armed divisions.
The LIBRARY OF CONGRESS SWAT team? Really? Sheesh.

Library of Congress with guns? NOAA with guns? I have posted some of this before; but new readers might want to know this information. It is my firm belief that the Federal Government is arming everyone they can, so that they can field more warm bodies when the economic collapse comes to America. Part of the proof of this is; the FBI is/was training deputy sheriff's, boat and fish commission employees, prison guards, game wardens and others, in combat operations in the Alleghenny Forest, near Bradford Prison, in Pennsylvania. Part of the training is/was classroom studies, then they'd go out into the forest with an M-113 armored personnel carrier. I asked myself at the time, why would a fish warden or game warden need to be trained in combat operations? By the way, Combat Operations, was the actual name of the training course. Most folks are well aware of the militarization of state and local police, but this training was over the top. My point is, if it happened here, it happened where you live. There is only one answer; a reserve force for mobilization WTSHTF. For Federal neo-nazi's who monitor this board, you do not even have plausible deniability on this post, as it comes from trusted, eye witness accounts.

My personal recommendation to ALL states who might care enough about their liberties and their citizens' safety: KICK THE FEDS OUT BEFORE YOU CAN'T (and live just long enough to regret not doing so).

We just had a pot bust (not on people for growing pot, but for growing TOO MUCH pot and violating Oregon's medical marijuana laws). As the newspaper reported, "The raids were directed by the Westside Interagency Narcotics (WIN) agency, with assistance from the Oregon Department of Justice, the federal Drug Enforcement Administration, Portland Police Bureau, Beaverton Police Department, Hillsboro Police Department, Oregon National Guard, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Marshals Service, and the FBI."

I wrote this letter to the editor (also commenting on the story this paper managed to survive a year in publication):
------------
In your Sept. 13 article,"Police search 15 houses in drug bust", the PR
flack said, "They were manipulating and exploiting the medical marijuana
laws for financial gain."

Heaven forbid that entrepreneurs should earn money by providing
customers with what they want - a harmless plant. The people in that
absurdly long list of agencies working this bust obviously have a much
better way of earning money. They do it by looting the taxpayers.

By the way, if you are wondering why people are giving up on newspapers,
all you have to do is read that story. You present reality in the
standard good guys/bad guys format, with hardly a thought or comment
about who are the violent ones. It's 2013, the state is broke, and they
are still throwing people in cages for pot! There was not even a word
from the victims of this bust, or their lawyer, or their neighbors; just
the cops' point of view.

Let's face it, propping up a thuggish regime is not a very good way to
sell newspapers. People are getting tired of it.
