Bergdahl Charged With Misbehavior before the Enemy

Observers wondered for months if Bergdahl would be charged with desertion after the deal brokered by the U.S. to bring him home. He was — but he was also charged with misbehavior before the enemy, a much rarer offense that carries a stiffer potential penalty in this case.

I wonder if they'll ever get around to charging 0bama and his unindicted co conspirators with levying war against the United States, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort?

Great Men died trying to find this POS! Now there families are suffering.

Need to go here, and read this, comments and all. It will give you a warm and fuzzy concerning Bird-Dog's possible future fate.

The potential penalty for both is death.

I don’t see how Misbehavior is “stiffer” than Desertion, but I do see how it’s an easier case to make.

Remember when Obama welcomed Bergdahl home?

Obama: Bergdahl 'was never forgotten'

"While Bowe was gone, he was never forgotten," Obama said.

A SLAP in the face to everyone who served faithfully!

Obama is a vile person!!!!
