Judge rules to keep Operation Fast and Furious out of Terry murder trial

When a jury gathers next week for the trial of two men charged with the murder of a U.S. federal agent, it will not hear any details of how two guns found at the murder scene were part of a U.S. government-sanctioned weapon program, a federal judge has ruled. Friday morning, U.S. District Court Judge David Bury agreed with U.S. prosecutors to keep the details of Operation Fast and Furious out of the upcoming trial for the murder of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.

I'd like to be able to say, shocking! but just can't muster it....further evidence that we will not vote our way out of this mess. All of it.
When the courts won't even give justice to one of their own fallen servants, because it would tarnish the image of the "leader" and runs contrary to the meme, we know by this the rot has fully set in and the beast is beginning to eat itself.

while bogus on a couple obvious fronts, there is a silver lining here. Because of this built in appeal factor, one thing is assured- this trial and its appeals will not be totally over until after the current usurper no longer has the ability to pardon the perpetrators. Friends, like bergdahls fate, this aspect of the delaying tactic is a good one. To see an appeal to a higher court succeed, and for a new trial to be granted with instructions to allow this evidence to be admitted puts a different depth of justice and different head of ATF in position of power to tell the truth.

Many are slamming this - and rightly so on its face. But please look deeper to see the long ball positives. There are several important reasons to play delay right back at them and their delays already played!

The lack of justice these days is infuriating.....and no less surprising...
