Kurt Hofmann: "Proposed Ammo Ban is Illegal Attack on Americans' Rights."

More fundamental, of course, is the fact that the very reason that for the citizenry to be free, we must have a right to keep and bear arms (not, readers will note, a "right to keep and bear sporting goods") that shall not be infringed, is that we must have access to weapons with which we can pose a credible threat to the government's enforcers, if that government makes such action necessary. The M855 rounds are a part of that credible threat--and that is undoubtedly why this administration is trying to neutralize it.

George Washington said it best with this comment:

"A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined; to which end a uniform and well-digested plan is requisite; and their safety and interest require that they should promote such manufactories as tend to render them independent of others for essential, particularly military, supplies." George Washington

Notice that he was telling us to keep our OWN (separate from government regulated or owned) manufacturers of arms, bullets, military equipment.

That is because he knew just how corrupt those who SERVE within our governments can be.

Well, they've eliminated much of 5.45mm, .22 lr is next to impossible to find as it is a simple substitute with a .22 conversion bolt, for 5.56mm in one's Armalite, and now the traitors and usurpers of the BATF and Barry's regime are going after 5.56mm. It won't stop there.

One of the commenters at Western Rifle Shooters nailed it:

Guys, so fn what? There’s going to be a run on everything again now, from loaded cartridges of all flavors, to reloading components, to parts kits and assembled ar’s and mags and anything made of nylon in crye or multicam that has “tactikul” in the name. Just like in ’08 and just like after SandyHook. GOOD!

Do you have ammo? Repeat, good. If not, well, you missed the fucking boat. Again. Your fault, my fault, nobody’s fault. Play the fucking cards your dealt is all your going to do, because jerking around in a circle with emails, letters, phone calls will amount to exactly squat. Unless those communications happen to be securing the items mentioned in the first paragraph.

Best of all, it’s a lot harder to pick all that ammo up if it’s distributed at damn near every pole-light I see at night out here in flyover country, as opposed to sitting on a shelf in a convienient big box store. Hay in the needle-stack? Reach right on in!
The outrage from all this is actually better than the “we’re all gonna lose” despair leaking from man-ginas that seeps into most posts across the web. Anger is a good first step. They’ll keep pushing, bet your ass on it.
Let Them Make the Mistake. Don’t interrupt them.

This was a desperate, foolish and poorly thought out move on their part. The return on investment is gonna be in the red. Now see to your fucking preps and do what you can do, this is fucking spilled milk until there’s spilled blood.

And no, its not time yet.
