Charges crumble after cell phone video uncovered

"And that's when the nightmare started."

Now that was a story worthy of going out to all my e-mail recipients! That cell phone being there is the kind of thing that reaffirms my belief in God. And my prayers not only go out to this guy, but I pray the Lord takes furious anger on those despicable liars that would send an innocent person to prison. Those are ALL names worthy of being on any threepers list! All of them would be just as at home in the Soviet "Cheka" or Gestapo as in our current law enforcement profession. They make me physically ill....

It's not only federal employees that want to be fascist overlords. The state and local can be just as bad. These are the types that will carry out the "big boss in DC's" wishes. What should really happen is each of the seven that gave false statements should be made to serve the entire sentence that this man would have done. That will stop this type of behavior.

Anon 6:47 AM here again - i forgot one other thing. Every conviction by these cops and attorney's involved here should be thrown out and anyone convicted immediately released from prison. I'd rather see 10 guilty people go free than one innocent person go to prison..

Let me guess, they were all "good" cops until this happened, right?

IMHO, no "good" ones would allow themselves to work with such vermin.

Every last one of the liars needs to be calibrated visit vigilance committees.

Don't hold your breath...

"I'd rather see 10 guilty people go free than one innocent person go to prison."

When a judge actually does that sort of thing, conservatives have a field day with him, calling him "soft on crime".

People have no problem when others run afoul of the criminal "Justice System". If the guy is arrested, he must be guilty, right? Where there's smoke, there's fire, etc...

Well, the chickens are coming home to roost, folks. People are getting the inkling that the system works for the rulers and the minions, not for the peons. It's not there to do our bidding. It's not there to "protect" us. It's a jobs program for evil thugs.

Just my personal opinion.

Every liar in the bunch against this man should be fired, prosecuted to the maximum the law will allow, sent to the worst prison in the state (because you know how cops, especially liars like this bunch, fair in prison),
sued for everything they have or ever will have. And the scumbag shyster lawyers should be disbarred and suffer the same fates the rest of the lying bastards do.

No, they weren't 'good' until this happened, and neither were any of the others that perpetrated this 'conspiracy' against this man. They were all liars and crooked long before this happened.

And Anon 6:47AM is absolutely right. Every case and/or conviction any of these individuals was involved in should be re-examined by independent sources, because if the bastards lied about this, you can bet your last buck they've lied about a lot of other things and gotten away with it.

I hope they all get it up the ass until they bleed from the ears.
They have it coming.
