Bloomberg's Traveling Collectivist Snake Oil Show & Blood-Dancing Revue Draws A Crowd in Richmond -- all 15 of 'em.

So 15 showed up in Richmond for Bloomberg, and ten showed up in Illinois for Obama. What happened to 90%?
