UPDATE: An arrest warrent was issued for Sheriff Victor Hill at 5 p.m. on May 6, 2015. He surrendered, was charged with a misdemeanor count of reckless conduct, and left on $2,950 bond less than an hour after being booked into the Gwinnett County jail.
