"Has ATF become a rogue agency?"

The answer to this question is self evident to anyone who has been paying attention for the past 3 decades.

I suspect they have always been a rogue agency. They are clearly not Constitutionally authorized.

End the reign of this gang of thugs.

I have written several letters to the editors of more than one local newspaper, and to the best of my knowledge, none was published. However, one rag, the Orlando Sentinel, is known to be highly left, and the other, the Daytona Beach News/Journal, is struggling to maintain some semblance of neutrality (but is still left-leaning).

I also wrote more than once to both FOX News and Glenn Beck pertaining to this stuff a long time ago, and although I do not consider my letters to have launched the FOX investigation, I am sure that they helped.

I do not hesitate to write to anyone when my hackles get raised. Never have, never will.

Interesting question.

Did ATF become a rogue agency during Eliot Ness' rise to fame in Chicago, or was it a rogue agency the day it was founded?

The fact that it has been a rogue agency for longer than I have been alive is not in question.
