Redesigning Law - The REAL Story Behind the ATF and the Sig Brace

The ATF wrote new law with it's letter regarding use of the Sig Sauer SB 15 stabilizing brace. The ATF essentially created a new law with it's letter. Their justification is that they do this all the time.

That's the very essence of a Soviet system. Unelected bureaucracy creating the rules, overriding the legislative and judicial branches. Welcome to the New World Order

Law is supposed to be crafted within the legislature, not from within the executive branch. Most people do not understand that "rule making" within the ATF is a separation of powers issue well beyond whatever unconstitutionality may or may not be contained in the "rule" made. Heck, Americans are so dumbed down they don't even know that the ATF (like EPA NSA DOE ETC ETC ETC) is only a cabinet office to start with - meaning that all it REALLY TAKES to disband it lock stock and barrel is a President willing to decide he -or she- not to form it as part of their cabinet.

It really is that simple. Remember, each president is 100 percent EMPOWERED to form THEIR OWN cabinet. With that comes the authority to NOT form entire departments!

They already had thermal imaging systems that could do this; I recall one court case where a court said that its use violated the 4th.

"Government is not reason, it is not eloquence, it is force; like fire, a troublesome servant and a fearful master. Never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action." George Washington

Until we get leadership that is truly responsible to the people and not their own self preservation our fire of government will continue to be trying to make slaves of us all!

Death before slavery!

Apparently, I must be "re-designing" my semi-auto rifle when I bump fire it onto modified semi (full?) auto too, right?

I guess all we can do at this point is give a one finger salute and a hearty "EFF YOU" to our overlords at all levels of government.

I won't bother quibbling with the shouldering issue, after all that is NOT what the SB was designed for. But the way I read this latest 'executive decision' is that if I use both hands on a pistol it has (apparently) magically transformed that pistol into an SBR..............
At least that is what I am inferring from the language they are using.
