LIVE UPDATE FROM PETE SANTILLI ON FEDERAL HQ BUILDING
The collectivists have begun to exploit it: "Right wing militia from Bundy Ranch occupy federal wildlife building in Oregon."
Authorities have not yet commented on the occupation but Zaitz reports that Oregon State Police, the Harney County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI are involved in the developing situation.
"And the FBI are involved in the developing situation." Yeah, both inside and outside the building, you can bet on it.

Let me tell you what Ammon Bundy did, in collusion with guys like Ryan Payne, John Ritzheimer,, Blaine Cooper et-al have done here. There in NO WAY this was not planned and recon'd IN ADVANCE. They KNEW the Hammond's weren't going to play ball and become the focal point for a firefight. So they planned and executed a trespass, break and enter, issuing grandiose statements to lure the feds to them. All the while, Bundy and the gang were trying to lure people and organizations including the Oathkeepers to Burns, hoping to recruit them for this. They did so under COMPLETELY false pretenses, and deliberately meant to misrepresent their intentions and endanger patriots. No doubt they are sitting there now expecting other to show up, or fight their way in. Bundy KNOWS they can't hold out for years, neither will the fed allow them. They want one thing and one thing only. A firefight. They lack self awareness and any sort of inner voice. They are arrogant, narcissistic liars who think the OWN the patriot movement, and if they just get the ball rolling, we will fall in line with their second civil war. WRONG, All they are going to get is the full weight of the feds pressing down on patriot groups and individuals, and an easy path to more gun control. And Pete Santilli is their willing dupe
The comments are pathetic https://twitter.com/jason_a_w/status/683482421778452480/photo/1
Headlines are already making the rounds on Reddit - only a matter of time before it becomes next week's topic across MSM.
Sounds like all the nuts are in the same bowl on this gig.
Perhaps the provokers in this soon to be incident may not survive the fire fight at all - if it comes down to that. Seems to me that someone, sooner or later, is going to squeeze the next shot off to be heard around the world regardless of political affiliations or love of country.
Is there any organized backup for these guys when the SHTF or are they going to be left out to hang, high and dry?
Nemesis, one would like to think so, but any local or regional backup would need to be soon or there won't be anybody left to support.
On a related note, here's a good article on the Hammonds and how this has happened.

I am quite unsure how commandeering a duck blind is to achieve a strategic objective.
This fight is coming. Who starts it or why is irrelevant at this point. The feds will find a way to justify universal firearms confiscation. The trigger cause is irrelevant. The Government has stated repeatedly that it WILL confiscate and how we feel about that is irrelevant. Whether it is Oregon or Texas or ISIS or just the CIA. Civil war is coming to America. The government will never stop trying to impose a dictatorship until we are all dead, or we submit. Even if we do it Mikes way, submit and quietly surrender without a fight, Obama (or someone exactly like him) will confiscate and the death trains full of white Christians WILL roll to the camps. This fight is coming.---Ray
They should be left out to dry, this incident is custom made to give Obama cover in his gun control orders, and now any resistance to them will be associated with these idiots in Oregon. They have no idea how much damage they have just done to the cause of liberty and freedom.
Now Obama gets to look like the good guy, the voice of reason and restraint in the face of armed kooks, and he will get what he wants without serious opposition.
Damn this just pisses me right the hell off. No better operation could have been planned by the opposition if they wanted to.
No matter how you look at it, times up.
I reckon if you got a lick of sense, it was inevitable it was going to end up like this. Right or wrong, the regime is going to push till somebody decides enough is enough. Any one can say what they want, but the regime is going to push till this happens. It is what cultural marxists do. They are shit stirrers plain and simple, and things like this are very useful to them. So those guys might be considered hasty and reckless, but what difference does it make really? It is now, or later, under some pretense or action. Maybe there are agent provocateurs involved, but does that change or lessen the administrative tyranny and wonton corruption of the federal government and state actors involved? Does it negate the idea of liberty? Of freedoms? Of self determination? Sure it plays into the hands of the sonoafabitches. But their agenda isn't a secret any longer. And that's the thing. We got the makings of another Waco here. A trigger happy federal armed badged thugocracy itching to root out "domestic terrorists". What do you suppose in light of how corrupt and far off the reservation lawless the fed thugs have become, with all the revelations from Fast & Furious to treasonous mandarins selling out our republic for their pieces of silver, to the threatened disarmament diktat emanating from the regime leadership, what will be the "optics" of a violent gun battle between a hated regime and a fed up public? The time of the reign of the Clintons and their universal hatred of militia's is long past. Things have changed dramatically since those two statists where in power. People aint so innocent and ignorant of the administrative tyranny and the police state which our government passes for. Legitimacy is truly at stake here. The mandate of heaven is rearing its head.
A moral government would take all means to defuse the situation, or leave these fellows to sit it out till they decided to stand down, at the very least make a genuine attempt to listen to the grievances of the people holding that federal facility regardless of the veracity of their reasons, they are Americans after all, people who live in this country first and foremost, it is their country no matter how you slice it, none of it "belongs" to the feds, this is our land, not the property of an exclusive club of privileged bureaucrats. It most likely will not go that way. This is a mexican standoff with a short fuse. These guys have a history together, the militia members and the fed thugs. This goes back to the Bundy Ranch, maybe even further. You can bet there is some fed actors who want payback for having been humiliated by armed civilians who refused to comply or back down. In fact this is Bundy Ranch Reloaded. There is no backing down for either side is what I suspect. How can there be in light of the bloodthirst and violence of past fed actions? Ruby Ridge, Waco, Fast & Furious, and who knows what false flag operations they have committed to that involved the misery and deaths of American's in order to foist a narrative upon the unwitting? Those guys are as far from peaceful resolution as one can get. To them they are a hammer and the civilian population looks like a nail.
Sometimes you just gotta say enough...
We all know what needs to be done. Maybe it takes some crazy ones to do it. But in the larger scope, this was going to happen one way or another. Anyone with a lick of sense knows the "common sense" "reasons" and excuses its for "the children" and "if it saves one life" for civilian disarmament is just a Big Lie. As long as we the people are armed, we are what stands in the sonofabitches way. That is the Big Truth. It all comes down to that.
That fucking sodomite usurper and his ilk in the white house have been working towards this whole disarmament thing from day one. From now till hell freezes the human extinction movement will never stop till they are. It is all about guns, it always has been, who has guns who doesn't, who controls guns and who is controlled by them. For all its warts and failures, the USC has one thing going for it which eclipses and determines everything else within it and this Republic: The 2nd Amendment.
...And regardless that none of us need the 2nd Amendment, because our primal right to own property and to defend ourselves and the means to do so are not dependent on what is written on a piece of parchment or what other men say or do, it is a absolute unrefutable established sanction that stands clear and above every concept of power, legitimacy, and rights, because of all the ideas, rules, laws and concepts of law and structure of government, it is the only one which sanctions the use of arms to defend and protect everything else, and every body, in the scope of liberty and freedom. Nothing in all of human history is like it.
Maybe its time. Maybe those guys in Oregon are right. I think they may be manifest in their destiny. We would all be wise to give them the benefit of the doubt. At the least, if not our support. If for no other reason than we are all the Hammond's now far as the regime is concerned. They just haven't gotten around to most of us yet.
Remember, there are far more of us than them. Ultimately who does America belong to anyway? Us, or unaccountable agents of a runaway dictatorship.
These people are asking to be shot, hoping to be heros, they are total ass wipe.
Obama Government Sends Ranchers To Federal Prison As “Terrorists”
Readers would do well to pause and reflect for a moment and realize we currently live in a country where an armed Islamic terrorist shoots and kills thirteen and injures many more during the Fort Hood Massacre and that act is designated “workplace violence” by the Obama government but these two ranchers are designated as terrorists for setting preventative brush fires so that they qualify for mandatory federal anti-terrorist sentencing laws.
If that doesn’t send a chill down this nation’s collective spine, nothing will

Put up a "Black Lives Matter" banner. That will hold off the SRT's.
Let's seeeee. . . . . I see this as a left hand / right hand distraction for. ... what? Hitlery's Friday SecState email Data Dump? What has Teh Won got going that he doesn't want people to pay attention to. . . ? Can't be the upcoming 2A robbing executive order.
This may just BE that "Shot Heard 'Round The World", but not in the way those miscreants in Oregon think it is.

The organizers of this incident don't have hold the moral high ground. Nor do the BLM, federal judiciary, etc., but the enemines of liberty will try to take full advantage of the situation. Which could, one way or another, affect all of us.
Mike, please continue to keep us informed, thanks.
They are taking a stand. You are not. This needs to start somewhere. How is this different than what was occuring in 1773? Damn right we should support them.
Look, I am just plain NOT WITH THIS. Here's why:
I think there’s a tipping point, where OTrauma just starts going full-Stalin. I don’t think we are there yet, notice how delicately he’s treading on his gun control Executive Order tomorrow. It’s basically a tiny measure — proported to be background checks if the seller sells 25 guns a year — and he had his people research it for MONTHS before deciding to proceed.
Comes a time he won’t be so careful or delicate. That’s when we know the balloon went up.
That, or any grid-down scenario. Either of those.
This particular deal is just unwise.

"...an easy path to gun control???" They already have that! Un-constitutional laws, un-constitutional executive orders, and un- constitutional enforcement of same! We don't need to agree with their reasons for doing this, but we need to decide if we are willing to take a stand against tyranny...or not. And if we are, then we need to support them. We don't have to join them, but we need to support them. And we need those with the ability to influence others via the web, to do the same.
My opinion. If you want to be like a liberal, feel free to ridicule it.
Anonymous Steve Ramsey sounds like you have no line in the sand. How much more of this government over reach are you going to stand for?
Was not Ruby Ridge, waco, ok city , twa 800, 9-11 etc etc etc enough?
Lick gov boots much?
I have read this blog for quite a long time, I've really enjoyed it, you constantly radio that we need to stand up against the government and the moment someone does you a mediately puss out, this is the last time I ever look at your blog and you cannot delete this comment,
Excuse me, the last comment I made should read you can now delete this comment
Someone has to take a stand, sometime, no?
Someone does, and it's "fuck them". "Idiots". "Ass Wipes"!?
If that's how some within a movement feel about others in the same movement, or acting in a manner that should be welcomed and understood by that movement, then that movement is not much.
I don't find hope when I visit III/Oathkeepers sites, at least not in the comments sections. Just infighting, and a same thing but different Huffpo vibe.
I was going to add my 2 cents but some of you covered what I was going to say very well.
Mike, you're criticizing these guys for taking a stand. You realize there will ALWAYS be someone who will criticize someone else for something. In other words, even if we reach the point where YOU believe it necessary to fight back there is always another who is willing to endure just a little more tyranny than you who will believe that YOU have gone too far and moved too soon.
There were also naysayers in the founders day who thought they had gone too far and that their actions were unnecessary. By no means am I saying the group in OR made the right choice, but what I am saying is who are you to criticize when a person takes a stand?
I hope you're not just criticizing these guys because the III% movement is being associated with them. At what point would you take a stand, Mike? And why would your choice of when to take a stand be morally superior to anyone elses?
As was stated by other commenter's, the shit is going to hit the fan sooner or later. We can wait until there is no longer any choice and we have complete tyranny, which I believe we're close to now (govt regulates everything in existence, literally), but by then it is way too late and the suffering will be greatest.
To be clear, I don't support what is happening in OR, however, I do believe it is their choice to make. And if the govt takes the actions in OR to give them license to tyrannize the rest of us the by golly let the civil war commence.
So, what I'm seeing here is complete disregard for what these people stand for... May I remind you there is more to this story?
HISTORY: (aa) The Harney Basin (were the Hammond ranch is established) was settled in the 1870’s. The valley was settled by multiple ranchers and was known to have run over 300,000 head of cattle. These ranchers developed a state of the art irrigated system to water the meadows, and it soon became a favorite stopping place for migrating birds on their annual trek north.
(ab) In 1908 President Theodor Roosevelt, in a political scheme, create an “Indian reservation” around the Malheur, Mud & Harney Lakes and declared it “as a preserve and breeding ground for native birds”. Later this “Indian reservation” (without Indians) became the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.
(a) In 1964 the Hammonds purchased their ranch in the Harney Basin. The purchase included approximately 6000 acres of private property, 4 grazing rights on public land, a small ranch house and 3 water rights. The ranch is around 53 miles South of Burns, Oregon.
(a1) By the 1970’s nearly all the ranches adjacent to the Blitzen Valley were purchased by the US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and added to the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. The refuge covers over 187,000 acres and stretches over 45 miles long and 37 miles wide. The expansion of the refuge grew and surrounds to the Hammond’s ranch. Being approached many times by the FWS, the Hammonds refused to sell. Other ranchers also choose not to sell.
(a2) During the 1970’s the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), in conjunction with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), took a different approach to get the ranchers to sell. Ranchers were told that, “grazing was detrimental to wildlife and must be reduced”. 32 out of 53 permits were revoked and many ranchers were forced to leave. Grazing fees were raised significantly for those who were allowed to remain. Refuge personnel took over the irrigation system claiming it as their own.

Remember the text of the "Give me liberty or give me death" speech? While we sit here and debate the chains are being forged and the ovens of the camps are ready. i awoke this morning to see these postings and my heart is heavy. I believe Mike is right. I wholeheartedly believe in the stated ROE. moral high ground is above all amy number one priority. I need to be ABSOLUTELY clear before I suit up to go hunting wolves that I am clear in conscience and mind. This being said for those who hold to this position we now are faced with my most dreaded of contingencies : The Dr. Strangelove scenario.
Consider this:this thing is going to go hot sooner or later. We have at the very least a five to one superiority in numbers alone. once that first round goes out someones muzzle all bets are off. but make no mistake, there will be no shortage of patriot riflemen ready to mobilize. once the firefight starts we have two clear but equally hard choices. Good men will rush to their aid. More and more will go. once the first uncensored shots of milita members bullet riddled corpses are fed into the internet there after the fact you have to expect it. We either commit fully and all out at once or we watch and do nothing and wait for Einsatzgruppen Amerika to come down on us. what would be worse? What would be the lesser of two evils? To sit idly by and watch fellow Americans,( even the plants our government will liquidate during the fray to conceal culpability)getting hosed with taxpayer funded M4s is not something I can see myself being okay with. On the other hand if nothing is done to oppose them in the aftermath you can bet your ass it is open season on all of us. They will come calling and more good people will die just as needlessly. its enough tomake a man drink himself through the floor. All I can say for myself is I will know in my own heart when it is right to act if that moment is thrust upon me. I will pray to God for guidence and trust in Him. god Bless and watch over all of us.
Mike, I believe with my heart your correct in in having doubts about what has happened. I also sense in my heart of hearts, enough is enough. We have had to suffer every kind of trespass and indignity of our freedoms and liberty at the hands of state actor from the moment the ink was dry on that instrument of administrative tyranny. Not to mention the force and violence waged against us as people and a Republic.
How many have to be imprisoned, made destitute, murderd. How many children did these thugs burnt alive in that bunker in Waco, then had trophy shots of their psychopathic selves standing on the charred remains? Randy Weaver's wife shot dead holding her infant child? How many tottered by the FBI? Whats the body count now from the entire gun running operations? How many have to be kangaroo courted into prison on specious charges and ex facto laws? And all the while it is our very selves who are extorted of the fruits of our labors to pay for it? The fucking tooth fairy did come up with the money to pay these fucking sonsofabitches! We Did!
How many more wars of northern aggression, of killing everything it touches does this tyranny have to transpire before we begin to refuse to back down one iota?
Because backing down to these bastards is what made this shitstorm possible.
Who is right here, fundamentally?
Answer that Mike?
Who is inherently right, morally right, legitimate, manifest?
Just whose dignity of liberty is at stake here Mike? Whose liberty?
And all that land, who does it belong to Mike?
You know what, maybe those guys up in Oregon, maybe they have made that great leap in faith, that faith that come what may, sometimes you just got to fight no matter what for what really matters.
I've made my mind up on this, and its a choice I think I have to make or I'm not a Freeman.
Fuck the bastards.
They want a war on my liberty?
Well you know what, I'll be damned to hades if I'm going to stand in front of those pearly gates because I let somebody else die for my freedom and liberty. And I'll bet dollars to donuts those fellows up in Oregon, they got right with that also.

Well sorry to see you go, but maybe you have forgotten about the Bundy Ranch standoff. No one "pussed out" there. Or the protests at Spokane. Maybe Danny Ray should have reviewed the Catechism.
But I guess this part of it refers to Danny Ray
(and several others, as well):
"Anyone who cannot accept them as a self-imposed discipline in the fight to restore the Founders' Republic should find something else to do and cease calling themselves a "Three Percenter."
You know what?
If people don't want me to be part of the III% movement, that's fine.
Because if the III% can't get shit done, I know some shit that can.
Right now, I'm just saying that there are other ways to ensure the tyrants cannot win than clinging to our guns and religion. I'm not actually suggesting we abandon them.
But if you do?
Well then, maybe I'll be damned without a gun.
