The ORIGINAL gathering place for a merry band of Three Percenters. (As denounced by Bill Clinton on CNN!)
Pratt Says Threatening Politicians Is 'What The Second Amendment Is All About'
That done it! I'm going to send GOA a check today!
So, I guess we get to find out what 4GW actually looks like in the homeland, Huh?
Under pressure from anti-gun groups, Jay Leno has cancelled his appearance at the 2015 Shot Show in Las Vegas 1/20/15 - 1/23/15. He's a good man in many ways, but I just lost all respect for him- Old Greybeard
This is the type of leader Americans need. No sugarcoating just truth.
If I tell you that the sun is coming up tomorrow morning, that is not a threat.
What does Jay Leno have to do with this post?
Pratt has the cajones to tell it like it is..The mandarin class should have a healthy fear of what their tyranny might bring home.
The Second Amendment is very obviously about armed resistance to tyranny, homegrown or otherwise. That includes tyrannical politicians, their enforcers, and anyone who deliberately assists these people with imposing their unjust rule. What else do the anti-gun clowns think the Second Amendment could be about?Hunting? That's just retarded. There are plenty of ways to get meat without firearms (trapping, throwing spears, etc.). If the Founders wrote the Second Amendment to ensure that citizens would be able to shoot animals for food, then why is there no similar amendment guaranteeing the right to fish?Target shooting? Again, retarded. Why would the Founders care to single out this particular recreational activity as opposed to all others? Why is there no amendment that guarantees the right to play board games, throw dice, dance, go swimming, etc.?Permitting the States to have their own military forces? If this is what the Founders meant, then why didn't they write as much? They could have written something along the lines of, "...the right of the States to maintain their own militias shall not be infringed." But they didn't write that, and for good reason: that wasn't their intended meaning. The original text is perfectly clear. The States are the States, and the People are the People.Anyone who denies the plain meaning of the Second Amendment -- armed popular resistance to tyranny -- is either stupid, delusional, or a liar. But you know what? Even if the Second Amendment DIDN'T guarantee such a right, we would have that right anyway. Our right to armed self-defense, including against tyranny, comes straight from the fact that no one can demonstrate any inherent right to dominate anyone else or claim ownership of other people.
Anonymous @ 4:23 - good comment, communicating truth to anyone that there will be consequences for their actions is NOT a threat. Period.
