Government case implodes as its former lawyers allege fraud against Holder DOJ

The New York Observer reports that two former Assistant United States Attorneys say the Holder Justice Department engaged in deceit and corruption of justice in connection with the DOJ’s litigation against Sierra Pacific Industries, a California lumber company. As a result of the allegations, a federal district judge has ordered the recusal from the case of every judge in the Eastern District of California. He reasons that the court may have been defrauded by the government, thus requiring the appointment of an outside judge to handle the matter going forward.

Nice find! That is a biggy, although not surprising. Now lets see where it goes. Seeing that Holder & Co. are bullies they're thinking what all bullies think: "Yeah, and what are you gonna do about it?"

This is just too funny! The rule of law, if not dead, is damn sure wounded.

How many dozens of time should his presidency have ended? His administration have gone to prison?

Remember when John Edwards told that whistleblower "you can't hurt me" during the revelations regarding his affair and new born daughter?

They are protected by the media.

The media's assets are protected by the media.

They are the same entity.

"What are you going to do about it?" is an excellent question. It has been referred to Kozinski, chief justice of the 9th circuit court of appeals. Now, 9CA isn't called the "ninth circus" for nothing. Still, Kozinski, is *strongly* libertarian, although sadly outnumbered among justices in 9CA. Since the entire Eastern Cal division has been recused, I believe Kozinski can move the venue to anywhere in the 9th. Let's hope against San Francisco. But Utah, for instance, has some square shooters on the federal bench, among others in the 9th. I hope a judge with some backbone gets this case. Having followed Kozinski on a few other issues, I'm sure he feels the correct amount of outrage, so there is hope.

I would bet that this isn't their first rodeo. Bet it has been done before and with some digging there might be many other cases that these AssHats have pulled these dirty tricks. May or may-not be able to get "LEGAL REVENGE" on these clowns but there are other ways for justice to be served. I think Mike's list of "Badly Voting Legislators" might be a great first start. Time to make a list of all these Federal Prosecutors and examine their record to see if they have been playing "By the Rules" or possibly "Playing Fast & Loose". I seem to recall an old saying that "Payback is a Bitch".
