A Sipsey Street Public Service Announcement: The Connecticut Tyrants List, voluntarily subscribed by the participants on 3 April 2013.

The state of Connecticut is making lists of firearm owners to raid. It seems obvious to me that it is thus only fair to list those anti-constitutional tyrants who will have blood on their hands the moment the first Connecticut citizen is shot by the CT state police while carrying out their orders. I will be sending these folks my own email later today.
CT State Senators voting Yes on "An Act Concerning Gun Violence Prevention and Children's Safety, also known as Public Law 13-3 or Connecticut Senate Bill No. 1160," 3 April 2013. Ooh, boy... Now THAT is gonna' raise their hackles... It's one thing for bureaucrats to hide in anonymity, but another when they're completely outed. And like roaches when you turn on the light, the scrambling should be quite amusing! 4GW, anyone? LMAO!!!

Excellent. There would be far fewer unconstitutional votes in this country if representatives believed, even remotely, that they might be personally held accountable for their actions. Like Barry said, they need to feel like they have skin in the game.

Well, that list should accomplish two things, One, a run on pistols at Connecticut gun shops, Two, overtime for personnel at Connecticut phone companies. Or, perhaps these "only ones" will want a signature Joe Biden shotgun. Good work Mike!

Mike,
Also, right along with the list of legislative tyrants, how about a list of judicial tyrants who upheld this and similar laws. As well as a list of the 5th column 4th estate MSM (especially the Journal). And the shortest list of all, the executive tyrant who signed the bill into "law".

I sure wish they had the same info for those responsible for confiscation efforts.

That is a long list of traitors.

It appears that citizens of the "Constitution State" (there is a laugh, huh.) are going to need a lot of rope.

... But ... but ... but!

There is more than 100 of them ...

Ah, well - enough for one gun owner!

Too bad there's not a corresponding list of their private property, because confiscation of same is justified, given their years at the public trough.
Prayers for the III% in Connecticut as they rise to the challenge.

Having those is great! Now we also need the AG, DAs and ADAs who would order these based upon their "warrants" as well as the chiefs, captains and raid officers. Yeah, the latter will be hard to get, but they all must know their info is out there as well.

So, now we need a list of Ct. Patriots who may be in need of extra ammo, field rations, NV equipment, atv transport, combat attack dogs (hair missiles), drones for keeping track of the enemy, camo face paint, body armor...and anything else to help them fight the good fight.

You're skating on thin ice. If you don't watch out, the Connecticut State Police will start investigating you.

Anonymous Coward said...

The list should be substantially longer. There is that herd of RINOs that took no action, voiced no opposition and went along with closed door private negotiations. "They" used the "We have to go along or it could be worse." Here is an excerpt from one of his ("My" RINO)responses. Which was curiously nearly identical to other RINO responses from neighboring communities. Don't these idiots know "we" talk to each other?
****
As I stated previously I will not publicly announce a position on this issue until I had heard from both the supporters and opponents of gun control legislation. Also, I need to see and have time to the final legislative proposal on which I will be asked to vote. I have met the first objective, having met with the opponents on March 11th and the proponents today, March 13th. From my perspective I am faced currently with 2 choices on this issue. They are:
1)I can support the opponents of gun legislation by voting against any new laws that many people believe are unconstitutional. However, my vote will be ignored and rejected by the Democrat legislators and Governor Malloy who have the votes to do so.

The political reality is the Democrat Party has the political power and votes to do whatever they want whenever they want.
OR
2)I can work to build a coalition to pass legislation that will require stricter background checks, gun permits, improved safety education, tougher storage requirements for guns, but does not contain any language banning weapons or limiting the capacity of magazines.
Under the first scenario gun opponents lose everything they fought for; in the second case opponents win in that they uphold their constitutional right to have guns.
My preference now is to work toward achieving choice #2. I am not confident this can be achieved but this outcome is far more preferable over choice #1.
Please let me know if you agree regarding my perspective on this situation, and if you believe there is a third choice I would ask that you share this with me.
In closing once I receive the recommend proposals forwarded by our legislative leaders,I will put them on my website, and/or e-mail them to you. I ask for your response to these recommendations, and shortly thereafter I plan to public say how I will be voting.

-Whit Betts (Whitless in on my Whitlist)

Never made his position known, never posted squat, never gave any indication what the final proposal was until the evening of the vote, which, as I recall, took place @2AM, under the cover of darkness so "they" didn't have to scurry back under the Fridge where they belong. Imagine, sitting in front of the computer vainly searching for ANYTHING that would hint at what was in the final proposal and be denied ANYTHING from those that "support you"? Then this guy considers it a "VICTORY" because it could have been much worse. Just like when gas went from $1.50 to $5 and dropped back to $3 ... idiots thought they were getting a deal even though "they" doubled the price of gas in under a year!!! The list should be waaay longer.

As I wrote on my blog, registration isn't confiscation and if these folks don't register they will bury the rifles.

Registration leads to confiscation of course, but in between the two there is time to practice.

If they don't register they will treat it as contraband and never use the darn thing.

Register so you can bring the rifle (which they already know you own) out to the range and practice. Practice every week. Teach someone to use your rifle accurately.

When they come, and they will come, be a master of your range card.

Mike has opened the can of worms. Here is something folks within Connecticut can do. Get a simple video of each one of these people going about their regular daily affairs. You know, at the grocery store or at church or anywhere. Do not engage them or even let them know they are being watched at all.

Post those videos one by one -to match this list.
Just how will they feel when they realize Citizens really ARE watching them and what they are doing? Time to give em a taste of their own creepy medicine !!!!!

Perhaps people could leave them a little note under their windshield wipers, asking about their political and religious beliefs and practices, just like they've asked that of members of the public applying for tax-free status for their charities? It'd be rather ironic, no?

Since they appear so ignorant of history, I almost wonder if the authorization letter the the CSP will resemble this one:

Attorney General George Jepsen
Hartford, Connecticut

April 18, 2014

Dora B. Schriro, Commissioner, State Police,

Madam,

Having received intelligence, that a quantity of magazines and weapons meeting the definition of Assault Weapons, have been collected throughout the state, for the Avowed Purpose of raising and supporting an open disobedience of the laws of the State, you will Proceed with all available Troopers put under your Command, with the utmost expedition and Secrecy to any residence where these items may be kept, where you will seize and distroy all Assault Weapons and Magazines whatever. But you will take care that the Troopers do not plunder the Inhabitants, or hurt private property.

You have a Draught of sales recipets, on which is marked the Houses, Barns, &c, which contain the above Stores. You will order a shoulder thingy that goes up to be knocked off each Gun, but if its found impracticable on any, they must be spiked, and the pistol grips destroyed. The collapsible stocks must be shook out into the River, the flash hiders burnt, bayonet lugs destroyed in the best way you can devise. And the Men may put magazines in their pockets, throwing them by degrees into Ponds, Ditches &c., but no Quantity together, so that they may be recovered afterwards. If you meet any Threaded barrels, you will order their muzzles to be beat in so as to render them useless.

You will observe by the Draught that it will be necessary to secure any bridges as soon as possible, you will therefore Order a party of the best traffic control Troopers, to go on with expedition for the purpose.

A small party of Motorcycle Officers is ordered out to stop all advice of your March getting to these places before you, and a small number of SWAT teams go out in MRAPS to wait for you on the road, with Sledge Hammers, Spikes, &c.

You will open your business and return with the Troopers, as soon as possible, with I must leave to your own Judgment and Discretion.

I am, Madam

Your most obedient humble servant

George Jepsen

The original letter's date of issue was April 18th,1775, and was sent from General Thomas Gage, commander-in-chief of the British forces in North America and military Royal governor of Massachusetts to Lieutenant Colonel Francis Smith, Commander of the 10th Infantry Regiment ('foot) authorizing him to "March with a Corps of Grenadiers and Light Infantry, put under your Command, with the utmost expedition and Secrecy to Concord, where you will seize and distroy all Artillery, Ammunition, Provisions, Tents, Small Arms, and all Military Stores whatever".

The result being the battles of Lexington and Concord on April 19th.

The only way to change America back to the way it was when our Founding Fathers established America as a FREE INDEPENDENT NATION, is a all out 2nd Revolution to abolish the current Federal Government and replace it with a very limited government, just like the TRUE PATRIOTS (Our Founding Fathers) did in the 1st Revolution. All these protests, marches, demonstrations, sit ins or whatever else you want to call them HAVE NOT & WILL NOT WORK. Nothing has changed a bit with all of the things I just stated. We have let the entire Government get away with too much. It is time to ARM UP & "Refresh the Tree of Liberty with the blood of Tyrants & Patriots alike". I am not afraid to give my life to stop this Tyranny that we have let go on TOO DAMN LONG. In my opinion, if you are afraid or not willing to give your life to give your children & grandchildren & many future generations a better America, then you don't belong in America!

Are these people American lawmakers? The last names of these people sound like a United Nations mailing list. Maybe that is part of the problem. at least 2 of the non American sounding names appear twice, although the first names are different. This is not just in your state though. If you look at any states lawmakers you will see the same trend. I have also noticed if you look at members of the police departments especially the ones that tend to be more aggressive you see the same trend. The medical field follows the same trend as well.

Stay strong and ever vigilant patriots.

In another letter he states, 'ruled constitutional or not by the United States Supreme Court'.

SCOTUS WILL rule for this law, then what? War on SCOTUS?

You either defend the 2nd in CT or you move out to defend it another day.

CT gun owners will fold like a house of cards just like the NY gun owners have. Too many cushy jobs, flat screen TV's and easy to get pizza's for anyone to get off their couch and do something about it. And, NO, voting will not change a thing for next 1000 years now.

Good luck - you'll need it.

We here in N.J. will NEVER give up our guns and are locked and loaded. You Patriots are the first line in the sand to stop this tyranny. It may get bloody but once it starts and everyone else in the country sees how you are fighting against the tyrants you will be joined by MILLIONS of Patriotic Americans.

They can all go to hell, I'm going to Texas, Molon Labe.

As a result of the oncoming economic collapse, the country is going to descend into chaos, the police will be sitting at home defending their families, the law abiding gun owners will be doing the same; and the criminals will be out ransacking, looting and raping the rest, the these tyrants will wish they had not been so hasty in banning guns, because when they call for help, for the most part no one will come to their aid.

If this happened in FL first thing I'd do is move. One less tax payer for them and if I and other like minded moved that'll be that many more less tax payers sooner or later it would be all about the money which is obviously the most important thing to all politician's. 2nd thing I'd do is post all their addresses and add pictures of them to my website http://www.floridare-callrino.com/home.html

When the time comes my team will cross into your state will a 53' trailer loaded with the most effective versions of weaponry and emergency supplies that the state of New York had to offer. Currently preparing our defense weapons into assault weapons. We will not lose. Everyone has been warned so this should not be a surprise I'd they do choose to escalate this.

How can patriots from all the other states help. If we all pitch in then we can overwhelm the traitors.

You should update Stephen Dargan's address, the MAIN culprit in trying to post all gun owners addresses. His beach house is listed as "215 Beach St., West Haven," but it is a condo or apartment "Unit 1G". He also has an address of "290 Kneeland Rd, East Haven", a regular house. Be advised as you may not want to waste gas & prior to any protest visits, you may want to call him first to confirm which one he is at as well as wishing him a "Happy Birthday" as March is his month to turn 59. He can be reached at (203) 937-1985

If you look at what is happening in the ukrain (our media won't cover it, big surprise there), the politicians are being held accountable and the people are going right to them. As in, they are no safer than the citizens they sent the police after. In some of the other countries, civilians snipers are slowly taking out politicians that are doing illegal laws, deals and lining their own pockets at the expense of the citizens and their freedoms. The real irony is, that 15 years ago, every media reporter would be killing themselves to be on the front lines in these countries. Now, they won't even air 30 seconds of a riot. Personally, I support the second amendment. It is the ONLY one that we seem to have to prove the right to use it. The politicians are so stupid that they either mis-read (yes there are comma's there for a reason) or try to re-iterate it for their own agenda's. What it's going to come down to is you kick in my door, I'm going to call 10 people, who will each call 10 people and so on. When you walk out my door, there will be 500 armed people there to "encourage" you to return my weapons. That is providing I haven't shot whomever kicks in my door to begin with. I'm a veteran and there are many more of us, than there are of you. And, we remember our oaths to this country. NOT to the politicians. A law that is unjust, may still be a law, but you also took an oath to uphold the constitution and go against such tyranny.

I know a lot of you know this but for the newbies that are scared to ask how, anyone that is planning on burying their weapons, do it smartly, vertically of course in a PVC pipe with dessicant pouches or well lubed (NOT WD40-bad over time). Now the important part to thwart any police looking for it. (may as well make them work for it) One of many ideas to get you thinking but here's just one--Go to a Brake center for cars. Grab a bunch of discarded brake drums, rotors, pads etc. Bury them a foot or so deep in many locations all around the yard or area you are burying the weapons. You can even choose to bury them all together as it will appear to be discarded junk when they start looking with a metal detector. All you have to do is have yours another foot or two buried below one of the items. Get a GPS app for exact location for where you buried them. Don't forget, if you have small children, no need to let them know where they are now, unless they are going to be part of the revolution, IF or when it occurs, so they are not pressured out of fear to tell anyone of authority. But make sure you put those GPS locations in your Will & don't keep that in a place to be found easily except by them. It will be like a scavenger hunt for them once your gone & they'll have a treasure in case they need an "unregistered" one in their future!

It might be a good idea to talk in more vague and general terms about whatever actions may or may not be taken or by who over this obvious INVASION of our Constitutionally guaranteed rights in the state of Connecticut. I guarantee you government watchdog agencies are reading every word of every post on this blog and every other blog on the internet concerning this subject. Better to gather live in like minded groups to discus ANY aspect of this subject. Recent revelations about the intelligence gathering community should send up red flags. This, of course, is JMHO!

Santa Clause of Liberty!
You sir are the Sanity Clause of Liberty!

Your list, you need not check it twice we know who has been naughty and now who may have to pay the price! We have witnesses throughout the land elected officials as well as others equally present with media forums, disinformation strategies, act, laws and statutes in hand, with their emotional responses to crime and punishment they are leading man’s sovereignty down a pathway to disarmament with catastrophic consequences to him and his nation.

In Connecticut:
“Thus, the court held that as long as citizens have available to them some types of weapons that are adequate reasonably to vindicate the right to bear arms in self-defense, the state can prohibit the possession of others.”

At the end of the long road, of debate, in a final conclusion, summation the reason and sole purpose for “We the People, to keep and bear arms” is to provide the final check to a government that, from the beginning, was and is highly susceptible to the corruptions of a few unscrupulous men of power and influence [The Autocratic and Aristocratic Classes.] When such power is vested in so few representatives of the [Democratic Class] as to endanger the many, the last recourse for free men seeking to preserve their liberties becomes, force. We as a free and sovereign people can not allow any body or thing to become stronger than our ability to control that thing. The creation is not to be greater than the creator.

A reasonable standard is “If you possess it, we possess it” or the possibility of mutual pain and suffering! When the time comes that our local or state law enforcement institutions carry instruments of war, we too must collect and become proficient in whatsoever instruments that may be used against us and or endanger our liberties.
It is they [the overlords of our liberties] that have escalated, it is they that have militarized, and it is they that have promoted fear amongst the ordinary citizens to this point of confrontation.

If it be so, that hundreds of thousands of citizens have weapons that are frowned on by some, why is it not that we have thousands upon thousands murdered each day by such weapons and the men that wield them? Because, of that multitude, only a very few a small fraction if ever cause concern or commit a crime. The count is so small in comparison to the numbers it is unworthy of such time, energy and treasure of the people involved, those resources are best focused elsewhere!

Make no mistake, the people believe in law and order; however, just as the law makers state, of our 2nd amendment Right, “this is not unlimited” so too are the limited powers granted to governments not to make whatever laws of whatever type whenever they please!

From a Free State, with a firm eye on what is about to happen to my fellow countrymen and their rights, as well as mine! Good Luck and may God Bless freemen everywhere!
As God is free, so is his creation!

Ya'all wouldn't have to be concerned about such problems and situations if Article 5 of the US Articles of Confederation had been implemented.

Another thing - don't expect any relief from the SCOTUS. It is only an administrative court within the Vatican owned corporate UNITED STATES, and certainly not the Supreme Court of the Original American union.

After all legal routes have become dead ends, and the police really do start arresting the new felons who failed to register. The list that an organized armed resistance would find most useful would be a list of state police and their home addresses.

I realize that the state cannot give up their mission because they must save face. But I equate this situation to a bunch of politicians dancing around a barrel of gas with lit matches. One spark and everything is going to go boom. No one is going to profit from this venture. The best thing that could happen is for the state to acquiesce and admit it was a mistake. You already KNOW who has what. So what is your problem? Don't try to be control freaks because that doesn't make you look good. If something bad happens, the state will have blood on their hands. Oh and the state constitution prohibits the publishing of the names of gun owners. You should read the constitution. It's a great document

This list of politician cockaroaches looks like a list of defendents in a class action law suit against an unconstitutional power grab.

"I sure wish they had the same info for those responsible for confiscation efforts."

No list required. Anyone in CT who has taken an oath to defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. If all of the uniformed ones are run out of the state, the others will soon follow.

All I have to say is that if the posters here and the good people of CT are SERIOUS, then we had all better get organized. All the fervent rhetoric in the world will mean nothing if the jack-booted thugs start knocking down doors and we are not ORGANIZED. That means at least two things.

1) More than anything, we need a communication and notification network so that hundreds and even tens of thousands of citizens can be notified and mobilized by phone call or text in MINUTES. This is the first thing we'll need if and when it's time to take serious action and respond to jack-booted thugs trying to confiscate firearms.

2) We need to have fast response teams organized at several sizes, say 250 men, 1000 men, 20,000 men and "Every Man" (which should be millions of men), and those teams should be ready to respond in minutes.

Keep in mind that any time we respond to jack-booted thug action, our numbers need to be so overwhelming that, more than just win the immediate contest by sheer numerical intimidation, our numbers make a public statement of consensus. Both the jack-booted thugs AND the public need to know that the responders aren't just a few locals with too much time on their hands, but rather are an extremely large and determined portion of the general population.

And I want to say something that everyone should know already .... and that is you don't take a gun to a "meeting" unless you're willing to load it, aim it and pull the trigger. Do you understand? Are you willing to PULL THE TRIGGER and all that that means? It means things like Obongo calling out the National Guard and possibly declaring local martial law.

Every man among us needs to think this through and think about the probable end game scenarios implicit in armed resistance to gov't "authorities" (both political and law enforcement) who, I guarantee you, are going to conduct themselves with stunning self-righteousness and marked determination -- especially if the National Guard gets involved.

So, if we activate the network and in 20 minutes have 500 armed men surrounding a 20-man S.W.A.T team that has invaded a citizen's home, ARE YOU WILLING TO AIM YOUR GUNS AT THE S.W.A.T. TEAM?

ARE YOU WILLING TO PULL THE TRIGGER, KILL SOME MEN, AND THEN LIVE WITH THE CONSEQUENCES? (This would be exceedingly difficult for me as I have the utmost respect for police in general and would never want to make their children orphans. Although, S.W.A.T. teams not so much ...)

IN THE AFTERMATH OF SUCH EVENTS, ARE YOU THEN WILLING TO "DOUBLE DOWN" AND FIGHT THE MAJOR LIBERAL MEDIA'S PROPAGANDA ONSLAUGHT WITH THEIR LIES, THEIR SLANDER, THEIR HALF-TRUTHS AND THEIR SINS-OF-OMISSION ALL AIMED AT MAKING YOU SEEM LESS LIKE PATRIOTIC, VIRTUOUS MINUTE MEN AND MORE LIKE HITLER'S BROWNSHIRTS?

WILL YOU BE PREPARED TO "DOUBLE DOWN" AND FACE A CAMPAIGN BY THE NATIONAL GUARD AND THE POLICE TO FIND AND ARREST EVERY MAN INVOLVED IN THE INITIAL ACT OF RESISTANCE -- WHICH WILL NECESSARILY MEAN WE'LL HAVE TO ESCALATE OUR NUMBERS AND HOSTILITIES SUCH THAT THE GOV'T SUES FOR PEACE?

We can't START something if we're not prepared to FINISH it. That means possibly missing weeks of work, living in hiding away from our families and homes, and who knows what else. Are we all prepared to go where this will take us? Are we really?

If so, somebody who's smarter than I am needs to start devising a communications network and how it will work. If we're not organized and effective, we're useless.

some one should tell the morons that they are not just facing the people who have high capacity magazines and military like weapons!!!!I don't have any of them but I will stand for the rite of others to own them and I as well as many others will stand with these people and fight with them!!! if they think it will be easy to do this they better think twice about peoples neighbors shooting them in the back or the side well they are engaging on our neighbors!

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”
