The ORIGINAL gathering place for a merry band of Three Percenters. (As denounced by Bill Clinton on CNN!)
"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."Note that each of the laws and policies cited in this article are an infringement of the right to keep and bear arms. There are no qualifiers in the U.S. Constitution as to the types of arms, overall length or barrel length of the arms, or accessories installed on those arms, or types of stocks on those arms, or whether one hand or two hands are required to use those arms. All limitations enacted by Congress or state legislatures or ordered via the Executive are infringements.
Many weapons laws discriminate against the disabled. I had thought about adding a foregrip to my shotgun, until finding I could not do so.As a disabled person, you constantly travel through urban areas with crosshairs on you. Criminals pick the path of least resistance, and the disabled are perceived as easy targets.I do not know if the Americans with Disabilities Act primarily applies to employment discrimination, or does it provide expansion into other fields, like self defense?
