The strange birth of NY’s gun laws

"Big Tim" Sullivan, crooked Tammany Hall politician, author of New York's Sullivan Act and insane tertiary syphilis victim.
Sullivan knew the gangs would flout the law, but appearances were more important than results. Young toughs took to sewing the pockets of their coats shut, so that cops couldn’t plant firearms on them, and many gangsters stashed their weapons inside their girlfriends’ “bird cages” — wire-mesh fashion contraptions around which women would wind their hair. Ordinary citizens, on the other hand, were disarmed, which solved another problem: Gangsters had been bitterly complaining to Tammany that their victims sometimes shot back at them.

This proves that all Career Politicians, whether they have Syphillis or Not make BAD LAW. Perhaps the incidence of Syphillis in Lawmakers shows that darn near every law they have passed is a result of Brain Damage from too much skrewing around.

He escaped from the insane asylum in the Bronx, and got run over in Oak Point yard by a NHRR switch engine....Believe it or not, there was a marker there once!!! This putz was as insane as Woodrow Wilson who had tertiary syphillis as well...along with Al Capone and other famous people of that time.

My, how New York has changed! In the old days, it was the gangsters shooting at innocent civilians.

Now, it's New York's finest.

The biggest crime of all was the dis-arming of the lawful citizenry.

Yes, it should certainly give one pause that most of our gun laws were handed down to us by crooks, racists and Hitler.

Sexually debased insane politicos making Marxist anti-gun laws ?

Whew. Good thing that could never happen today.
