The ORIGINAL gathering place for a merry band of Three Percenters. (As denounced by Bill Clinton on CNN!)
I've seen a couple of suspicious folks around the house since I started posting here.If I could only remember where I layed those nail studded boards I was using to get dog shit out of the yard... When you inadvertently lay something down in the woods it can be a real bitch finding it again. It would be a shame to step on nail covered in dog shit.
Seems reasonable to me.[W3]
This law in Indiana is a sign of the times. For too long, bad judgements by legislatures, police and courts have eroded the castle doctrine. For too long, too many citizens stood by and watched the erosion in silence. The few who stood up against this tyranny, many of them victims, were demonized by by the authorities. I find it more than a little interesting that this issue is now mainstream, at the exact same time as the lefties are calling for a roll back of the "Stand your ground law". Take note that the ideological divisions in this country are forming an abyss that cannot be bridged.
Great law. As a former police officer, is really bothers me the way that law enforcement is changing their looks. Buzz cuts, BDU pants, combat boots...if you want to look like a Marine or GI, then enlist and be one. An agency I am very familiar with activated their SWAT team to serve a "high risk" search warrant. I asked the officer, where there any guns in the house? None were found. Was the suspect know to carry/use guns? No. Did the suspect have a history of violence? No. Then why was the SWAT team used? Because they thought there may be weapons in the house. Yet another example of police run amok. And we allow it to continue by not demanding accountability from our public servants.
