Boehner may have decided the timing and politics for contempt citation are right. We'll see.

Matthew Boyle reports: Contempt of Congress vote scheduled for Holder over Fast and Furious.
In a Monday morning statement, Boehner said he’ll push the contempt proceedings as well.
“The Justice Department is out of excuses,” Boehner said on Monday. “Congress has given Attorney General Holder more than enough time to fully cooperate with its investigation into ‘Fast and Furious,’ and to help uncover the circumstances regarding the death of Border Agent Brian Terry. Agent Terry’s family, the whistleblowers who brought this issue to light, and the American people deserve answers. Either the Justice Department turns over the information requested, or Congress will have no choice but to move forward with holding the Attorney General in contempt for obstructing an ongoing investigation.”
Never believe what they say, only what they do. We'll see.

When words & actions are divergent, look to the action as it is the TRUTH.

At this point all bets are off as the pendulum can start to swing the other way or continue on the same azimuth. It's already gone too far & has been for many years already. WE had a REPUBLIC now WTF do you call it ?

What will be the breaking point is really the question ?

I agree with Stealth - their actions (or in weepy's case inactions - for crying out loud they have been dragging out the 'possibility' of contempt charges for over a year) do indeed speak much louder than their words. It has been about as 'effective' as Mom telling little Johnny to keep his hand out of the cookie jar - and doing absolutely nothing to him except to keep filling up (ie continued funding of atf) the cookie jar.
Do Something Already - or just ignore all of the criminal activities of this rogue administration and admit that the Republic is well and truly lost.

issa says he has 31 dem votes.. so maybe the time is right.. they were probaly scared to do this in a partisan manner.. 31 would definately qualify as bi-partisan!.. I bet the whitehouse is working the phones to make sure these folks stay in the fold... it will be interesting to see how many of the 31 is wittled down, and if boener chickens out...
