The ORIGINAL gathering place for a merry band of Three Percenters. (As denounced by Bill Clinton on CNN!)
LOL! You made my day with that one. I had surgery in November and I know exactly what you speak of. Here's to a multitude of backfires and a speedy recovery!
1/4 stick dynamite. Works every time.
I think it was Jack Nickelson who said, "when you're over 50, never trust a fart". Solid logic and just as important as , "give me liberty,,,,"
Here's hoping that this happens soon. Still praying for your recovery.
That title has gotta be up for some kind of award.Seriously, though, get well soon.
Ya know,,,I kinda feel that same way about this administration!!! I'm feeling all bunched up since this group got shoved down our throat!!!Seriously though,,,get well quick! Fire in the hole!!Spartan
Had the same problem last year..for a week. Thought I was going to explode. Went to the ER two times, was told to use laxative. Worked fine, but didn't stop the "ready to explode" feeling. Finally went back to the ER one last time. They did a scan, Xray, tests etc. Couldn't find anything. But as I sat on the hospital bed waiting for a nurse to give me a prescription(god knows what for), all of a sudden, I noticed I was breaking out with a bunch of blisters on the left side of my stomach. When the nurse came in..I showed her. She said.."OMG..I know what you have...SHINGLES!! GAK! 5 months of pure agony from hell. Thought I would die. Woudn't wish it on anyone..(er..maybe Eric Holder :))They gave me Vicodin. Talk plugging you up...arrrgrr. Well, I hope you don't get Shingles on top of everything else Mike. Stress is what usually brings it on and surgery is about as stressful as it gets. I know from experience(Cancer surgery on my ass no less but all is well) ARRRRRRRGGGGGGGRRRR!!!! Anyway, still prayin for ya to get well real soon.
Know the feeling when I had surgery and the drugs had my system backed up and plugged! Just think how good it'll feel when you bust loose! Here's to a thunder-boomer in your future.
Had abdominal surgery some years ago and on the advice of a friend I walked constantly (day and night, pushing the IV tree around the hospital floor). I survived the several days that it took to finally pass the gas and air from my abdomen. Don't know if that will help, but the pain before I was able to relieve the pressure was exquisite. Good luck.
Mike; "A surprise is a fart with a lump in it!"I bought some guns in your honor at the last AGCA show....Dale
My mom had the same 'feeling' while hospitalized and had me smuggle a suppository wrapped and shoved in the toe of a slipper that I mailed.....LOLEnergy and prayers for a quick escape.MO reader
Narcotic pain killers constipate everybody and that doesn't help things at all, cause hospitals often won't let you go home till there's a sign "things are moving along" again. Best of luck tooting your horn ASAP !SB SmithTX
