He'll get back to us on that one. Killing citizens with care.

But Jonathan Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, wrote in Foreign Policy magazine on Wednesday that Holder's remarks not only would be seen by the framers of the Constitution as "the very definition of authoritarian power," but were met "not with outcry but muted applause."
"Holder's new definition of 'due process' was perfectly Orwellian," Turley wrote. "What Holder is describing is a model of an imperial presidency that would have made Richard Nixon blush. ...
"Where due process once resided, Holder offered only an assurance that the president would kill citizens with care. While that certainly relieved any concern that Obama would hunt citizens for sport, Holder offered no assurances on how this power would be used in the future beyond the now all-too-familiar 'trust us' approach to civil liberties of this administration," he wrote.

It seems more 'caring' than walking 1000s of guns into the arms of violent criminals, resulting in 100s of indiscriminate deaths.

I guess because due process has been eliminated from the bill of rights and it's no-holds-barred, DOJ should expect no quarter as well. None will be given.

think back to ole J edgar and the the 30s. they went after the bad guys and killed them. there were also times in between then and now when American citizens have been targeted and killed.
it wouldn't surprise me if the recent death of the very effective conservative talk show host wasn't orchestrated.

The civil war (the current one) has been going on for some time. I am glad a member of the current administration just acknowledged it.

Followup to my comment about the CIA's "heart attack" gun.

Reportedly, a man named Christopher Lasseter witnessed Andrew Breitbart's slump. And he noted his skin color was "bright red." The source is CrimeFileNews, cited at FreeRepublic:

Among the comments there is one by a boarded toxicologist whose first thought, because of Breitbart's skin color, was cyanide poisoning.

Contradicting this 'conspiracy' theory, another poster observed:

". . . Brietbart at CPAC during an interview. The man is sweating profusely...I’ve had friends who had heart attacks and the only preceeding signs in the days before was profuse sweating. . . ."

How's that for occupational therapy, Mike?

It would appear that the question has already been answered by the Government's actions at Ruby Ridge and the Branch Davidian Compound. If the Clinton administration had no qualms about attacking U.S. citizens on U.S. soil, how much fewer qualms would the Obama administration be expected to demonstrate?

While I do not expect that we will have much to worry about from tac-nukes or napalm, UAV attacks would appear to be "surgical" enough to be a real threat. If we know where the control centers for the UAVs are located, that would appear to be the best defense against attacks by UAVs. Remember, while UAVs are unmanned, they are not autonomous. They ARE controlled by personnel somewhere.
