David Codrea: What Holder and administration apologists expect us to believe about Gunwalker

The only agents who did wrong, warranting chief counsel’s cognizance and internal affairs investigations, and management retaliation/disciplinary actions/termination proceedings, were the whistleblowers.

Actually, I'm pretty sure Elijah Cummings and the Chief Counsel's Office both truly believe that.

I can't comment on David's site, so I'll leave one here.

If we accept Cummings version of F & F, specifically the part about higher-ups not being aware of the rogue operation in the field, what exactly was Melson doing watching the video feeds from Lone Wolf Trading?

Their MOD:

"These are not the droids you're looking for" ... look over there at Iran and a used car salesman. Yeah, yeah that's the ticket.

At times like this I wished I could write satire songs, no talent need for the satire it's the story. Newspeak.

Actually the connection to the State Dept. is critical.

Whistleblowers and those who write for them are my heros.

It looks like the Democrat strategy it to throw Newell or select agents such such as Mcallister under the bus with a "bottom up" guilt strategy. The ATF agents might want to think about cutting a deal with Congress for complete immunity, whistle blower protection, and a full pension. I have no problem with them doing the right thing at this point. I wonder who is going to make the deal first, and leave all the others to face serious jail time for Obungle?

Oops. Oh well, it's ok. They will be too difficult to convert back to fully functional weapons.
