Lawsuit ? Save your breath and your money. I filed federal "free speech" lawsuit against my local county .gov in 2007. More than two years later I had a federal jury trial in which I won. The jury in my favor 8-0. Guess what? The county .gov appealed the jury decision and the scoundrel, federal judge threw out the jury verdict. THREW OUT THE JURY VERDICT ! My appeal to the federal circuit court was to no avail. They sided with the scumbag federal magistrate 2-1.

Lawsuit ? Hahahahahaha....do folks honestly think they have a freakin' chance that a .gov lawyer in a black robe will rule in their favor ?

Well, have at it offended citizens. Be prepared to spend 10s of thousands of YOUR money on lawyers. Be prepared to have 2-5 years of your lives go down the crapper pursuing "justice" in a federal court.
