Destruction of the rule of law is what collectivism is all about.

Obama Suspends the Law: Like King James II, the president decides not to enforce laws he doesn't like. That's an abuse of power.

No, collectivism is about controlling the means of production and then divvying up the spoils...

The problem is that somehow, magically, the "leaders" always end up with more than their fair share (they don't see it that way of course) and ride around in limousines while everyone else walks around in anything they can find to cover their feet and bodies.

It's a better system we are always told.

And media touts that destruction as "progress".

A good example is the debacle happening in Springfield Illinois this day.

Oh joy, Illinois passes concealed carry ! Yeah. Who hoo.

Uh huh. Pathetic.

Gun rights, inalienable rights themselves just took a huge blow and the idiot sheep cheer like its such a good thing.

Dick Durbin and his crew were just emboldened to "decide" who is a "journalist" and who is not. Prepare for "free press" permit applications.

The republic is dead folks. Dead.

I am inclined to agree that the Republic is in fact dead, but only "if" we allow this to continue. Apparently the enemies of the Constitution are going to push those of us who are capable of independent thought into the waste bin of history. I have no idea how we are going to straighten this mess out and it drives me crazy that "we" are incapable of actually working together toward a common goal the way our enemies have been doing for several decades. We are betrayed at every turn in the road.

The President's Oath of Office:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Well, we have seen his "best of my Ability" in action, and have found it lacking.

Dakota, me bucko, it's been continued now for several years, with at least two other violations, and nobody, Congress, SC, nobody is moving a muscle to stop it. So it's de facto tyranny, by fiat. Already here. It will continue, and King Obongo will continue to do as he likes, as long as he likes, as much as he likes. The tyranny exists NOW. It will not change until someone makes him stop.
