Remember that behind every call for arms confiscation lies the deadly threat -- "We will take your firearms if we have to get the government to kill you to do it."

The execution of citizens of the town of Bochnia by the Germans during the occupation of Poland, 18 December 1939. Fifty-six people were executed that day in an exercise of "government monopoly of violence."
Three Death Penalties for Prohibited Arms Possession.
A special German court in Zamość [near Krakow] sentenced to death 19 year-old Franciszek Pokrywka of Powieki, 27 year-old Iwan Zilnyk and 35 year-old Paweł Huzar, both of Ułazów, for prohibited possession of firearms as well as for violating the duty to report possession of firearms.
Pokrywka had an automatic pistol with six cartridges and, despite the universally-known order about surrendering the arms, he did not give it up. Sometime later he sold the pistol to Zilnyk, who a few days after that offered the firearm for sale to Huzar, who, though he did not buy it, still failed to fulfill his duty to report it to the proper authorities.
The above-mentioned death sentences have already been carried out. -- Nowy Kurjer Warszawski [New Warsaw Courier], Jan. 22, 1941, quoted in Stephen Halbrook's Citizens in Arms.
I've been scanning a lot of Stephen Halbrook's work lately, trying to find the right chapter heading quotes for Absolved. Particularly impressive is his The Swiss & The Nazis: How the Alpine Republic Survived in the Shadow of the Third Reich.
In the process I encountered the dry newspaper announcement above. You know, I have been criticized mightily across the political spectrum for my response to an an impatient gun grabber, "If you try to take our firearms, we will kill you." But the thing is, those who propose to take our liberty and our property have already decided -- in their ignorance of the unintended consequences -- that it is worth it to them (or, at least, inconsequential) if we are killed in the process.
As I observed in my call to break Democrat Party headquarters windows in advance of the passage of the tyrannical Obamacare mandate:
Nancy Pelosi's Intolerable Act is within days of passage by devious means so corrupt and twisted that even members of her own party recoil in disgust.
This act will order all of us to play or pay, and if we do not wish to, we will be fined.
If we refuse to pay the fine out of principle, we will be jailed.
If we resist arrest, we will be killed.
They will send the Internal Revenue Service and other federal police to do this in thousands of small Wacos, if that is what it takes to force us to submit.
This arrogant elite pretends that this oppression is for our own good, while everyone else understands that this is about their selfish, insatiable appetite for control over our liberty, our money, our property and our lives.
All gun confiscation proposals come from the same motivation. Thus, if we say, "If you try to take our firearms we will kill you," it is important to remember that this is a threat of defensive violence to counter their original threat of offensive violence.
Properly formulated, shorn of all bushwah and pretense, what these people are saying to us first is this:
"We will take your firearms if we have to get the government to kill you to do it."
Such people will be insulted if you call them National Socialists, but is there a functional difference in the exercise of their demands?
You could ask Franciszek Pokrywka, Iwan Zilnyk and Paweł Huzar -- three human beings executed for the knowledge and possession of just one pistol -- if they thought so. Oh, that's right, they're long dead, killed by the exercise of that "government monopoly of force" that the gun grabbers of CSGV are so proud to advocate.

You are given the same ultimatum with your wages, that is, "We will take your wages, if we have to get the government to kill you to do it."

This same threat is the basis by which all of our freedoms have been taken.

So far, one big yawn from the American people. Every election they think they will be able to change things, and every election we get the same government.

Voting fraud is rampant and diebold voting machines make peaceful change impossible. The government has been gearing up to kill us for years now; even the department of "Education" has a swat team. The threat is real; they do intend to kill anyone that does not submit.

And the response, if you can call it a response, is to ... vote the bastards out.

A lot of folks are getting really tired of 'their' posturing on gun confiscations and/or bans.

For either to work, a compliant populace is required.

Bring it, chickenshits.

There is a reason logic and critical thinking is not taught in public schools anymore, lest the People figure things like this out.

"Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to the accidental opinion of the day; but a series of oppressions, begun at a distinguished period, and pursued unalterably through every change of ministers (administrators) too plainly proves a deliberate, systematic plan of reducing us to slavery."

Remember, Hitler said it best:
"It is convenient to have a system of laws where everyone is a criminal."

Let us not beat around the bush when it comes to our guns. Everywhere we turn the government, ruled by arrogant aloof people in far off places coddled and compensated grandly by our sweat and labor in the form of serf like taxation on Our paychecks, tyrants in droves who impose their will upon every facet across the entire sphere of our lives.

There is one common denominator: It is All about guns.

Everything these elites do revolves and ends up ultimately, regardless of the origins of this power, about guns.

It is guns that give these elites their power to enforce their will.

It is guns that they must, if they are to obtain absolute power, posses only in order to rule with an iron fist.

It is guns that they must take from the populous in order obtain that absolute power.

It is guns they understand, as no other people, that are the real power behind anything.

It is guns this system of government now lives by.

It is guns that they use to enforce everything.

It is by the barrel of the gun they enforce their will upon any and all who resist their power.

Try and stand up to any "law" or "regulation", refuse to back down for your Liberty and Prosperity. See what comes to pass.

It will escalate till it is guns that are used on you to enforce the will of the few over the many, even if it means you have to be shot dead.

There is no backing down for these "authorities", no de-escalation, it is your sovereign will against their power.

Who's will is it that is The Sovereign Power unequivocally the Rule of Law of our land?

Not theirs by any stretch of rationale or imagination.

Truth be only guns provide these elites the power over this Republic.

Speaking of truth, the truth is the second most feared thing these elites conspire to control.

This constitutes Tyranny in no doubt.

One thing for certain, our founders where very smart folks. As it is our guns was foreseen by our founders as our natural ultimate line of defense of our Liberty against tyranny.

So it is simply guns in the hands of We The People that these tyrants fear to their rotten cores above all else.

Guns are their primal Boogeyman.

Because guns are the teeth that back up our Sovereignty.

Rightfully so.

Anything else is a cheap side show.

Note that the 3rd member of this 'criminal troika' did not even 'possess' the evil gun - he merely 'failed to report it'.
Does anyone else see this as the next logical step in the NJ law 'rewarding' (up to a thousand bucks if I remember right) someone for 'possibly' illegally possessing a firearm? It will not be just an option but a 'civic duty' to make that report............and then a crime for not reporting.
Slippery slope and dangerous times indeed.

"It will not be just an option but a 'civic duty' to make that report............and then a crime for not reporting."

This is already the case in many jurisdictions with respect to child/elder/domestic abuse. And perhaps rightly so. But that's often how the "slippery slope" gets started, implementing dangerous precedents that can be stretched/misused by those with no scruples or limited foresight.

Remind me again the difference between reporting some guy photographing the local government office, reporting your neighbor's bumpersticker, and reporting your co-worker's anti (Bush/Obama) break room rant.

For a first hand experience of how our perceptions of "freedom" have changed, try going to the local flight school and telling them you want to learn how to fly big jets, but not how to land or take off.

We have the guns-but where is the will? The death of a thousand cuts has been bleeding us to death for years,I don't see anyone in DC worried about our guns...........

The vast majority don't care about freedom, and those that fight/resist will be demonized in the media and made an example out of.

I would imagine the execution of the 3 men by the Nazis had a lasting effect on the locals.

Governmental control over your purchase of a gun means you need it’s Permission for you to defend yourself.

If they know who has what they can withdraw that permission at any time that Convenient for them.

For reference on the phrase National Socialists:

Definition of SOCIALISM
1: any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods
2a : a system of society or group living in which there is no private property b : a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state
3: a stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done

Word to the wise – It may behoove you to pick up a couple extra guns ‘under the radar’ to stash in a safe place..

Perhaps along a lonely stretch of a rural road somewhere – preferable where there is plenty of beer cans and metal strewn about.

If the gun grabbers think they can get all of our guns with some blue helmet goons and a metal detector checking all the thousands of miles of such roads – heh! Good luck to them.
