Excellent article from the Foreign Policy Blogs by Kathleen Millar. Brian Terry, Jesus Diaz, Dakota Meyer: Justice in 2012?

"Who Prosecutes the Prosecutors?"
Read this, folks. All the way through.
LATER: reaction from Alvin Wombat --
I did read it all the way through. Twice. Very prescient, written by somebody who knows the system inside out. It will be interesting to see how long the charades persist, because they are in fact to the death. And the Obama Administration exhibits no signs of blinking. So the next step is putting this whole shebang into the Presidential campaigns---and see how far it goes in those venues. Get them talking about it, the media will have to cover it. That's a strategy.

This is an EXCELLENT article. It shows the moral vacuum at the highest levels of government, and why we may never see justice done.

And the strategy to "get them talking about it" ain't happening, either. This blog and David Codrea's have covered this to the Nth degree, and no one else has really cared. Holder should be in jail right now, but he ain't even gonna break a sweat until Feb, and then probably won't, either.

Justice? Not any more, and not in this country. Moral vacuum? Worse than outer space - there IS no morality left in our government. You go for whatever you can get, and walk away filthy rich and fixed for life.

And they wonder why people run for office?

If the lawlessness and corruption of the Obama administration doesn't make you puke, the fact they shall suffer absolutely no repercussion will.

They are lawless, rotten, and evil.

TPaine,

On the button, sir.

Ain't happening.

Ever.

MSM has no interest in doing that.

Wrap your head around the possibility of Mittens being President (I know, I laughed too); do you think the guilty will hang, fellas?

Remember who your Savior is. Don't fret over evil too much, brothers and sisters. Good wins in the end. Death and evil will be throw into the Lake of Fire.

This deeply accurate article needs to be circulated to Reps and Senators. For this charade to go on for a year shows how powerful the MSM is - as WAPO says, if we don't identify it as a scandal, it isn't a scandal. The arrogance of the DOJ is nothing new - but this criminal activity has been spun into a "no story here" farce not worth paying a minute of your time.
I have not received a reply to my e-mail to San Diego asking for the results of the Avila prosecutions. I heard "most got probation". What about the 15 yr sentences due the two felons who bought weapons with an FBI/ATF pass?

Whats happening to America could only happen this way.
Thing is, if you give it a good careful think, it is the best thing to happen to us as people and a Constitutional Republic. I think it is fair to contend it is a time we earned to be tested as a people and a Constitutional Republic. That it is time we find out what we are made of. Not what the tyrants and crooks and traitors are made of. They are nothing, not men, but beasts, savages, not in any way shape or form worthy of respect nor quarter. Time our mettle is tested. Our grit and determination. This is what builds a Republic. For if we can not vanquish the ones who are so lacking in principle and virtue and character, if we do not as a whole posses the faith and substance of the likes of Diaz and Terry and Meyer, then we do not earn our place in the world as people of Liberty and we too end up on the trash heap of history.
I contend, just as The United States, this Constitutional Republic is unique in all of human history, so are we, because we have the one thing that separates us from all of history, an idea, that became a nation. That idea is what men such as Terry embody. It is this idea that resides within their hearts. It is faith. Faith in something better and larger than one self. A gospel of Liberty if you will. Manifested in the form of courage.
These are men of incredible vision. They see within their hearts something profound, something worth everything.
they sense it, it compels them, as it should, if they are men of virtue.
It is this faith we must reach down within ourselves and grab by the balls. And No matter how scared or reluctant we will be to face our enemies, and we may be our worst enemies, having this faith, this courage, it is what will give us the strength to go forward, the resolve that no matter what, regardless of how scared and afraid, we go forward.
That is what Terry and Diaz and Meyers possess.
It makes them powerful beyond any tyrants dream.
This courage is the nuclear option the tyrants fear so well.
This is where Liberty came from.
This is where Liberty must be redressed from.
And it is solely and utterly up to you and I and the Meyers of our great nation.

Comments to date are well said.

In addition, has anyone noted that in the case of Jesus Diaz, the prosecution was by the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas? This is the same U. S. Attorney that prosecuted Ignacio Ramos and Jose Campean (You should remember their convictions... if not, please search on their names and familiarize yourself with the complete perversion of justice exhibited by the U.S. Attorney and one Debra Kanof, Senior Litigation Counsel). The parenthetical remark is not for you Mike; I know you are aware to the entire sorry episode.

I strongly suspect extreme corruption of the entire U.S. Attorneys, especially those in the drug infested areas along our southern border. For this reason, I despair of any action by any of the various U.S. Attorneys.

It is known to some extent positions of power and influence such as States Attorneys General, Secretary's of State, and the like appointments in states governments, are a target for furthering the agenda of the long march and culture of corruption via this installation of domestic enemies.

Just as in our schools, universities and media, these places of power over others have been purposefully infiltrated and funded by the likes of the George Soros', the Clinton's to name but two of the world of tyrants and tyranny, just as the office of President of The United States has been usurped, along with a cabal of stealth traitors in Congress and the courts.

@Mt. Top Patriot:

I wish all of that was true. However, the guys at the top look at it differently. All of those virtues make the dead guys effective agents of policy enforcement. They also make them attractive martyrs for propaganda exploitation. Dead heroes are even better than live ones - they can't tarnish themselves, and the powers that be can set the narrative.

@Rob, pretty certain you did a good job tap dancing around the elephant in the room... that said, for those of lesser guile, this version of that song, and the video might be a bit more germaine.
