And speaking of singing the same old moldy song of collectivist tyranny . . .

"Sen. Schumer calls for NRA to 'enforce the gun laws on the books,' and get behind Obama's gun control measures."

"The NRA “should put its money where its mouth is” and get behind President Obama’s push for existing gun control laws to be enforced, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) demanded Sunday"

He ment

The Democratic Party “should put its money where its mouth is” and get behind existing gun laws to be enforced, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) demanded Sunday.

Just more proof that Liberalism is a "progressive" (see what I did there) mental disease, like dementia, old age senility, and syphilis.
WHat? To ask the NRA to "get behind" O'Bozo (wouldn't BOdaPrez love THAT!) in hiring even more JBTs, is going a bit far, even for the NRA.
And to expect the NRA to "enforce the laws on the books"? Ummm. . . . since when did the NRA become a Law Enforcement Agency?

Give it up, UpChuck. Your struggle to stay in the spotlight and maintain relevancy is fading fast. You are quickly being consigned to the dustbin of history.

He means: 'Enforce the existing intollerable infringements - to thus weaken the resistance to the repeal of the entire 2nd Amendment'

As usual that which is not being said IS the agenda.

Time to really fight back and persue the repeal of both the 1934 and the 1968 legislation ... plus all attendant infringements.

I have a better idea....

Abolish the BATFE

Repeal the 1993 Brady Bill

Repeal the 1986 FOPA

Repeal the GCA of 1968

Repeal the NFA of 1934

Repeal all state gun laws in all of Obummer's 57 states

The only gun law should be the one that originally limited government, and ends with "shall not be infringed."

I know......crazy, right?

It's a shocking commentary on the current state of idiocracy that we need to reiterate that "enforcing existing gun laws" meant (and still means, for that matter) punishing violent criminals who violate actual laws using guns, not going after innocent Americans who fail to correctly interpret the mountains of illegal and unconstitutional regulation which is invented out of whole cloth by unaccountable bureaucrats.

Nevertheless, let it be stated clearly. The NRA remains in favor of enforcing laws against committing crimes with guns, as well as the more controversial (and genuinely morally problematic) restrictions on firearms ownership by those convicted of violent felonies. The selective enforcement of innumerable regulations on people because they are not favored democrat constituents is beyond mere lawlessness, it is outright tyranny.

Ummm.... Would it not be more appropriate for Senator Schumer to advocate that The various U.S. Attorneys prosecute violators of existing Federal law? There are adequate numbers of various Federal agents that currently investigate and arrest, but there is no point to arresting Federal law violators if the prosecutors cannot prosecute a viable case. Perhaps that is because the juries do not convict at trial?

If the Federal agents are unwilling to arrest, the U.S. Attorneys are unwilling to prosecute, and the juries are unwilling to convict, perhaps Senator Schumer and his cohort in the Senate and House of Representatives should revoke some of these unwanted laws?

Senator Schumer AND The NY Daily News are both agents working relentlessly to, if not totally disarm citizens - limit them to the most non-threatening, ineffective to deter government tyranny, low capacity sporting arms.

A classic example of gun laws in America:

"Edward Archer, who investigators say claimed he shot and wounded a Philly cop in the name of Islam, was charged with attempted murder on Saturday."

"In March, Archer pleaded guilty to firearms and assault charges but was immediately released and placed on probation."

Think about this crap - THIS GUY WAS A REPEAT OFFENDER COMMITTING A GUN ASSAULT AND WAS LET GO WITH NOTHING MORE THAN PROBATION! But Shaneen Allen, a mom with a legal firearm in her possession crosses a border - no violence - no crime - THEY WANTED TO PUT HER IN PRISON (Multiple year sentence - IT'S THE LAW!) FOR NOTHING MORE THAN POSSESSION OF HER LEGAL FIREARM!

Gun laws are NOT designed to keep us safe - THEY ARE A BURDEN TO IMPEDE OUR RIGHT TO POWER THROUGH FIREARMS OWNERSHIP! And they are enforced as such!

There is no reality in the gun control debate - there are just power hungry totalitarians working relentlessly to get away with disarming us, step by step - and American citizens with the intelligence to see it for what it is, the guts to not comply with unconstitutional laws, and the will to do whatever it takes to keep our rights when the day comes that it becomes necessary to do so!

An open letter to "Chuckie"; The NRA has long promoted prosecution of "criminals in possession" via "Project Exile" . Where its been implemented it has worked. So successfully it seems the anti-gun crowd has usurped its meme to endorse prosecution of citizens with no criminal background inadvertant transgressions as their new "pogrom to attack gun owners" !

Shumer said of Obama in the article his 2016 campaign? Obama can't run again, what was that statement and did I just misinterpret that?

Every time I see his oily face, the question arises in my mind;"would you buy a used car from this sleazebag?"

Schumer will say just about anything to get himself in front of a camera. I'm wondering if it was he who invented the "selfie-stick". And it makes no difference if what he says makes sense or not because he directs his speech at NYC Democrat types that aren't grounded in reality. Try and debate any of them and you'll see what I mean. They try to impress you with highfalutin words to distract you from the fact that they don't have a clue as to what in the hell they're taking about. And the environment they live in has a ladder of success based on who can bullshit the best. That's how you get to the top in that crowd; by being a triple-A bullshit artist. I grew up in Brooklyn in the '60's and '70's when it was a working class, reality based environment and traveling into Manhattan was always like a visit to the Twilight Zone. Now all 5 boroughs have become like Manhattan. It's all a place where brainwashed masses scurry to and fro in a world that is one step removed from virtual reality. So when Chucky speaks those folks sit there nodding their heads in quiet approval, while anyone who still has a bit of grey matter left between their ears is saying to themselves "what the hell is he talking about?". Unfortunately for NY State, all those lemmings in one city gives them the voting power to control the rest of the state. What should be done is, an I.Q. test should be given for the right to vote. That would cut the voting power of NYC at least in half and give upstate a chance to get mindless narcissists like Schumer out of office. And to run for office one simply question should be asked to a candidate: "Is the Earth flat?". If it takes them more than a simple "NO" to answer then we know they're that "bullshit artist" I spoke of earlier

As a native of New Your City, I'm quite sure Sen. Charles (AKA Chuckie da Weasel) Schumer is is familiar with a rather short pithy saying used in that city:

POUND SALT, CHUCKIE!
