Klayman First To File Lawsuit Against Obama's Gun Control Executive Orders

A challenge in federal court has been filed against the expansion of gun control laws by President Barack Hussein Obama. Larry Klayman filed the first-in-the-nation lawsuit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (Case No. 9:16cv80087). See here to view complaint.

Good Lord, why wacko-bird FL, and not north Texas, southern Arkansas, etc? I think this kind of stinks, but am willing to be convinced.

Has there actually been any executive orders released by obama about more gun control? I know he announced it but haven't seen the documents anywhere.
