This picture frightens progressive Socialist-Liberal types for several reasons. They love having the bodies of innocent children to stand on as stumps for their heinous political agenda, so having programs and ideas that will reduce that body count frightens them.
Add to that, the effect of such program, helping raise kids that will grow into responsible adults who can defend themselves and their families, rather than rely on an all powerful central government works against their ideal of the wolf shepherding the helpless sheep.
2 father's day appleseeds under our belts. amazingly good weekends - lots of work, but my kids (b/8 and g/13) did themselves proud. shot myself a 208 with iron sites, thinking my wife might get to the magic 225 before i do.
appleseeds are a really great family activity. amazingly patient and helpful volunteers. take the plunge!
