They can't release the names. If they did thousands of cases might be overturned and innocent folks released from prison. We can't have that can we?

Thin blue line is LEO protecting their own, we need another color for these mopes. How about the THICK BROWN LINE?

Well of course they won't name them - to do so would be a tacit admission that the agency is out of control and that they have no intention of punishing those offenders nor cleaning up their act. Period.
