"We are building peace from within, and for that, you need disarmament."

Venezuela's Maduro launches civilian disarmament plan
Opposition activists have accused the Venezuelan government of hypocrisy. They allege that officials have armed "colectivos", pro-government groups which have clashed with anti-government protesters during demonstrations, while paying lip service to the disarmament plan. On Sunday Mr Maduro said his government "continued to pursue the dream, the utopia of a Venezuela in peace", and promised to build "peace with love, justice and a will to work".

Tyrants always get around to disarming everyone except their loyal forces. Shortly before the large scale democide begins. Disarmed victims are SO much easier to murder ... Most common street criminals instinctively know that. Government criminals are ALWAYS aware of that fact and act on it as soon as they believe they can get away with it without overwhelming resistance. (It follows that the only way to prevent getting disarmed and murdered is to resist.)

Heard these words before haven't we?

Same words, different bag of shit using them, same purposes and objectives!

We should find a way to parachute in millions of liberty pistols, hand grenades and billions of rounds of ammo.

Parachuting weapons and ammo to Venezuelans would be the same as throwing them down a rat hole. Let them stew a few years under Maduro's rule. Maybe they will find some motivation to throw off the yoke, like we need to change our government here in the U.S. We have bigger fish to fry now in the Middle East.
