"Gabby Giffords gets mean."

Gabby Giffords, irreproachable figure of sympathy, has fashioned an improbable new role for herself this election year: ruthless attack dog. The former Democratic congresswoman, whose recovery from a gunshot wound to the head captivated the country, has unleashed some of the nastiest ads of the campaign season, going after GOP candidates in Arizona and New Hampshire with attacks even some left-leaning commentators say go too far. And Republicans on the receiving end are largely helpless to hit back, knowing a fight with the much-admired survivor is not one they’re likely to win.

the article quotes her husband, not her. He continues to exploit her and use her as a meal ticket.

Another argument for the use of .45 acp over 9 mm.

As long as the PC society exists, it will be difficult to defend oneself against lies told by this sort of person and her handlers.

But I like the joke about the old Southern gentleman who was told to "go to hell" by a woman in the room.

He bowed, smiled and said, "Yes ma'am, and I'll be glad to say hello to your kinfolk when I get there."

Making crazy, nasty statements about Republicans? Well, after all...she did take a bullet to the brain.

did lil miss droolbucket actually speak some words, or is all this bs coming from her husband ???

i really have no sympathy for her being bitten by one of her own psycho-progg borg people, and the use of her injuries to continue to force compliance by the citizenry is sick and evil...

not to mention the sheer audacity of people who live their entire existence to lord over others, til their last breath ala 'tedwerd kennedy' or the theatrical king londshanks...

f@@k em all and give no political quarter, call em out on this and make 'her' star in the debate, bucket and all...

Screw the both of them. Just because she got shot along with several others by a loony leftist, doesn't mean that they get to destroy the constitution and bill of rights.

I wouldn't ask that on my own account and they are no better or more important than I.

Except that they don't give a shit about freedom and individual liberties and I do! Especially for my kids and their's.

I'm being nice here.

A medal of honor recipient would receive the very same attitude and wear the name traitor from my lips, just as quickly. I see no difference between them and Benedict Arnold or any commie spy or handler. The result are the same in both cases.

Get this brain damaged tramp out of politics. You want to talk logic and reason. If some citizen was armed, the satin worshiping liberal jackass who shot her would have been silenced.

In the immortal words of Tamara Keel (peace be upon her), "I don't care if every other gun-owner in America committed murder last night. I didn't, so f*ck you."

To Giffords, I'd like to add: All your suffering, all your pain, all your anger and outrage, will NEVER equate to cancelling my rights (ANY of them). Rage on, lady...and view my response in the simple, upraised middle-finger salute. Come and take it.

Everytime she opens her mouth and speaks treason I curse her shooter's per accuracy and choice in caliber.

Jared Loughner used Wal-Mart-purchased 9mm ball ammo, not hollow points. Just FYI.
