There was a time once in this Constitutional Republic. When books such as Orwells 1984, and Animal Farm were considered fiction. Definitely not the case post 9/11. Behind Enemy Lines, in Unconstitutional Collectivist Ct. Any Time, Any Place, Ant Where. Bar None. We Will Not Stand Down !!! 11B20. Come and Take Them.

That makes no sense! Turning to criminal penalty makes a title 42 case that much HARDER to dismiss as its being used as a defense in a criminal prosecution! Here we witness another LAWYER convince his own client to CONCEDE his own rights based on THREATS.

Lawyer sounds like liar for a reason! Hero? Nope this cats a zero. He's not done enough - he's harmed both first AND Second rights BY willingly standing down BOTH.

AMERICA is imploding because of THIS! People are too AFRAID to stand up so the bow down. And then they are championed for bowing? Pathetic. That fella might as well start facing Mecca as he bows because if he bows now he will bow to the Muslims too - after all their threats are far worse than "misedemeanors".

I have it on good authority that the sign will go back up on poles in the guys yard.

There is a town ordinance in place that allows NO signage of any kind on ANY fences in the town, and that's what was fought over in the court. That's all...
