Acting stupid has a price attached to it - Doubt they will get 5 yrs given the fact they pled guilty. They will have to testify at the trial of the other two - who should take the best deal they can get because even if they weren't closely involved, the Feds will insist on TT before sentence is handed out. Recall Fritz Ingram - went to prison for bribing officials even though it was one of his officers who did the bribing, took a plea, and pinned the offense on Fritz.
