"You have the right to remain silent." Louisville Police file charges against dead man. Trial to be held at cemetery?

Maybe they'll send the LMPD Tack-Tickle team out to his family's home to do a "dynamic entry", to make his family submit and comply, to show 'em who's boss, to demonstrate their authori-tie! After they shoot the family dog, maybe someone will grab a firearm and give the tack-tickle team reason to respond with violence and "end the situation".

Nahhhh, that'll never happen in this here Unified Socialist State of north America. The Po-leece is yer friend! Hell, them's the good guys! If they filed criminal charges against a dead man, they must have had good reason to do so. We mere "civilians" just don't understand the complexities of Po-leece work and shouldn't attempt to.

Civilians just need to lean how to submit and comply! Then, "everything should be fine". To quote that paragon of Po-leece virtue, Sheriff Will Teasle, "People go Fucking around with the law, and all hell breaks loose!"

An honest DA ought to not bring the case to trial, and if s/he did, an honest judge ought to throw it out, due to the "defendant" not having the power to confront his accusers.

BTW, Longbow, good post ... except it should be "po-lease" as they seem to be willing to lease their services for a fee....

Didn't they do this sort of thing during the Inquisition... dig up a long dead relative, try them and whip their corpse?

No doubt we're in America's Dark Age.
