"How The State Department’s Proposed Arms Trafficking Rules Could Impact You."

Granted, an exception exists for information already in the “public domain.” But, in an Orwellian twist, the new rule redefines “public domain” to include only information approved for publication by a federal agency. So, the public domain exclusion does nothing to allow individuals to speak without government permission — even if they are saying something that can already be found on the Internet.

Do unto others seems, (you know thew rest) to be the rule, however that works both ways. Never been a outlaw but, with my training I'll make a good one.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Just one more way ITAR violates the BoR and now 1st Amendment specifically.

The Government of the United States of America. Supporting and enabling tyranny and tyrants globally, with special benefits for any Marxists found along the way!

As if there were any that weren't.

Let's see if I finally get the attention of government jack-boots by continuing to post such information about ammunition reloading and long range rifle builds.

I'll see you all in the FEMA re-education camp!

Take my guns? I will kill you.

Criminalize free speech? Try to shut me up, I'll kill you.

There is no difference. Just list natural rights, then defend them to the death.

Hi Mike,
It really doesn't matter anymore!! They write words they know nothing about. They think we will comply to their every whim. The line is drawn in the sand, just like by 'Travis at the Alamo. The Gloves are off. To "Them" they get the "Fickle Finger of Fate!!" (If I could post the photo of the lady reclining on those steps with her right arm extended I would!!!)
Got Gunz......OUTLAW!!!!!,
