Cuomo will no doubt one day get a chance to discuss this topic face-to-face with the Almighty.

"During a heated discussion over gay marriage, CNN morning Anchor Chris Cuomo opined that the unalienable rights endowed to all Americans do not come from God."

Cuomo is a typical lefty. The government gives and takes those rights as the annointed feel as the mood strikes them. This is the face of the Leftist.

I am not arogant enough to say definitely that God does or doesn't exist. I have never seen or met a booming voice in the sky or seen idiot proof evidence that there is indeed a supreme dictator in the heavens.

HOWEVER, I 100% know that our rights can never be entrusted to government. When government assumes all power over all of our rights, the literal result is mass death and devestation.

Liberal intelligensia is all about looking at scholastic sources in order to prove your point. Try submitting a paper for a MBA class or PHD class without using sources to back up your work and let me know how that turns out. Any and all honest scholastic accounts of socialism lead one to the inescapable conclusion that socialism is equivalent to failure. Any and all progress in a socialistic country is in spite of the socialism present as the progress might be in our country and never because of it.

A non-existent thing ("rights") granted by a non-existent entity ("God"). Folks getting kinda religious around here.

The only reason there is so-called RKBA is because we will kill any bastards who try to take our guns; "rights" or constitution mean exactly nothing in the real world. We don't need rights or God for that. We just need the will to do it.

I believe Craig Stephen Hicks would agree with him.

This was written a while ago but the truth remains:

The radical journalist Thomas Wooler approached the nub of the problem in the first issue of his periodical, the "Black Dwarf", back in January 1817.

"The people ought to have remembered that they were the guardians of the constitution. Instead of that the simpletons expected protection from the constitution; which is infact nothing but the recorded merrits of our ancestors.. The country has boasted of being free because Magna Carta was enacted; when the least share of penetration would have taught us, that Magna Carta was only enacted because our ancestors were determined to be free. Our ancestors, with swords in their hands, and the tyrant John on his knees before them, would have been just as free, whether they had insisted upon the signature of Magna Carta, or not. Their freedom was in their power and their will.."

Our authorities must from time to time be reminded of our readiness to once again, in the words of Shelley, rise 'like lions after slumber'. This is the lesson of our radical history: the struggle for our freedom goes on.

Are we determined to be free?

And here in New York, Chris is considered the "smart" Cuomo brother...

I suspect that discussing his sins rather than his opinions will be the topic of his Particular Judgement. And that afterwards, unless he amends now, he won’t have the chance, as God won’t be where Cuomo is.
