I think that should we ever investigate corrupt and fixed elections that the treasonous senator from the bowels on NY would be one of the most productive places to start.

..even NY'ers cant figure out how this weasel faced scumbag keeps his office.. I've always felt that Wiener resigned to protect Schumer...

"the law in its majestic equality, forbids the rich, as well as the poor, from begging, sleeping under bridges and stealing bread". Take away the jobs, send them overseas, wait 'till they are hungry egnough to steal. Then lock them up; take there rights forever. Then use 'em as slave labor. No rights= NO GUNS=NO revolution. And you think DC cant come up with a plan?

It is true that every New York state citizen I know (numbers in the thousands) despises pond scum Schumer. One does then have to wonder how he remains in office. I will forever have etched in my memory the sight of Schumer and his butt buddy Hillary Clinton sitting next to each other at the first gathering of DC officials after the 9/11 assault. While every other member wore very somber expressions, some near tears..these two pussies smirked and whispered back and forth like two highschool bitches. Hillary probably thinking.."Damn! This should have happened when Bill was in office. Now Bush will get to be take center stage and be a hero to America."

FLASH to Schumer. Theft of any kind is already a crime and at a much higher level than "federal".

Nothing like meaningless redundancy in laws to persuade people to follow basic human rules for society. At least he's not attempting to make it another "hate" crime...yet.

Love how the progressives have fought for moral relativity without any right or wrong absolutes and then find the need to dictate from high on each and every little aspect of life.

I would have thought that metal thefts was covered from the start -- you know, "Thou Shalt Not Steal."

Does anyone else find it odd that the super-villain banker scum that precipitated this economic disaster get away scot-free from the sinister Holder? And Theive-o-matic enabling Schumer wants to further burden scrap dealers.
What treasonous fools!

God save us!!!

Anyone else remember Charlie Shumer doing the soft shoe, on the Capitol steps, during the moment of rememberance for 9/11? Filthy sub-human dirtbag, had to be told that it was suppose to be a solemn occasion. I have to wonder if the theft of metal effects his moral compass.
