If I may be so rude as to point out to all you blood-thirsty bastards who dismiss the importance of the Three Percent refusal to target innocents. . .

Consider this latest example from the Ukraine. "Bodies rained down on Ukraine village after plane disaster." Do any of you think that old Vlad is blessing the day he gave these separatist thugs anti-aircraft missiles?

Assuming the Ukrainian shoot-down, or any other such outrage, wasn't a false-flag complete with videotaped "film at 11" kind of thing, yes, your point is well taken.

Regardless of the bonafides of any external event, expect that the III Percent, or any group defying the elites, will be targeted, repeatedly, with false flags at every point on the spectrum of resistance. And, expect that this targeting will escalate the more successful any such group becomes.

There is little you can do to prevent these false flags and the effect they have on public opinion despite your best efforts to maintain the moral high ground. But don't be discouraged when this (continues to) happen, as each such escalation indicates the ratcheting level of fear that your enemies have over your growing power.

Each attack and sideshow comes complete with valuable information buried inside.

Absorb the information about their fear, let it inform you about who they wish to drive (or lure away) from your camp, take a sip of coffee while you reflect on your next moves, and continue with new vigor toward your next objective.

You (all of you, not just Mike specifically) are winning, despite many efforts to derail your success. My hat is off to each of you.

Sorry Mike. I don't buy our governments' "the rebels did it" line. The Ukrainian rebels had nothing to gain from this. Also the Kiev government has siezed all the air traffic control data. I have also seen one story where a Ukrainian air traffic controller was quoted as saying that MH17 was being shadowed by Ukrainian fighters. I guess we will see how this shakes out in the end. Since the neocons are pushing for another banker backed war, I'm skeptical of any thing coming from Washington on this subject.

Vlad is rejoicing, just like Barry. Collectivist bastards of the commie stripe literally LOVE it when civilians are raining down in death and dismemberment. It puts the fear they use to control others front and center with one playing outright dictator and the other playing savior.

It's that "flexibility" aspect Barry told medvedev about.
Both of those communists know that the euro weenies won't do anything, the UN will just see Ban Moon issue a letter. (Notice the name, kinda like the recent leader of the NAACP was named Ben Jealous....lefties think the UN can ban the moon).

People here have had about enough of the TSA. Barry gets to claim even more "security" is a must while Vlad gets to crow about being able to down even a civilian airplane without repercussion. Obama calls that "compromise".

I predict muzzies will take note and the man pads at the source of the Benghazi gun walker program will next be used by the emboldened terrorist element. With Israel demolishing smuggling tunnels and whipping Hamas ass, Iranian mullahs will take the cue as a wink wink and imitate. A Lockerbie incident is afoot, I think. And the euro weenies won't even see it coming.

Question I have for you folks is this. Still think the other Malaysia airplane just went down in the ocean and nobody knows where? Uh huh. Riiiight.

Blessing? No.
Overly lamenting? Also no.

Thank you Mike for the article and your comments Mr. Baugh they are well received. War has always been all out war . From Nagasaki to The Blizt's to Stalingrad and Dresdan the innocents always pay the heaviest price . I am getting past my pull date and I have never seen the world frothing in so much turmoil.

False flags and innocents being targeted? Seriously? Occam's Razor applies here: Before the crashed airplane was ID'd as a 777, the separatists were BRAGGING ABOUT DOWNING AN AN-26 TRANSPORT IN THE EXACT SAME AREA.

Then all of the sudden, it was "Oh, crapsticks, that was a civilian transport!" and they started deleting social media posts.

Why?

Because they accidentally shot down the 777 by mistake. Which isn't impossible to do, all it takes is firing a missile at a radar blip and failing to properly squawk the IFF.

There's no reason to think Putin is directly at fault, he's not a military commander. Nor is there any evidence that whoever's running things in Kiev had the bird shot down.

Every actual bit of evidence that I've seen, specifically meaning opposed to pure commentary blog posts, indicates that the rebels shot it down on accident.

It's war. Shit happens.

I'd like to question the prevailing assumption that Putin (or anyone under his command) actually handed over control of those anti-aircraft systems to the rebels. The SA-11 that was used is not a shoulder-fired man-portable system. It's a major weapon system with significant maintenance and logistical requirements to field and operate successfully. I know that the "separatists" (because people who want to be subsumed into the new Russian empire are so politically independent and self-determining, you know) have been claiming credit for shooting down other aircraft, but I'd guess that they aren't the ones actually operating the weapons used (yes, color me cynical about Putin's respect for the rules of a proxy war, if there actually are any).

In addition, the operators of the system could not have failed to realize that the aircraft they were engaging was outside of the operation envelope of an An-26. Simply put, if they really thought it was an An-26 and engaged it based on that profile, they would have simply missed. The operators of the weapon system KNEW it wasn't an An-26, and they simply lied to the "separatist" commanders who took initial credit for the shoot-down.

Why they would do that, and how they would get away with having done it, if they were actually subject to the authority of the "separatist" commanders thus humiliated on the international stage, is a question I'll leave to others to consider. But I've never for a moment believed that Putin didn't have Russian military units acting in this conflict, so it is obvious that the SA-11 used was controlled by Russian troops reporting to a Russian military chain of command. Further, Russian investigators who arrived on the scene very quickly initially assured the "separatist" commanders that the bodies which rained from the sky had clearly already been dead for some time, and were probably loaded into the plane as a 'sympathy masquerade'. That is not just a lie, it's basically a sick joke.

Which I suppose does make this a false flag attack, of sorts. It raises the question of why Putin would deliberately target another Malaysian Airlines 777. This is more international political theater, but is has never been about making Putin look like a good guy. All of the aims of Russia with respect to Ukraine itself (particularly Crimea) could have been pursued far less overtly without provoking so much controversy in the West. Of course, having a grasp of covert methods of influencing international events is not a requirement for being selected as a national leader in many countries, but Putin...probably does know he could have gotten what Russia wants from Ukraine without provoking a showdown with America over it.

When you look at the entire context of how Putin has handled the Ukraine crisis, it is clear that he is less interested in looking like the good guy than looking like the stronger leader. In fact, it seems obvious that he is spoiling for a fight, specifically an air campaign by America. I do not believe he would be picking such a fight on the presumption that it would be a demonstration of American military dominance. The recent moves of Russia and China towards much greater economic cooperation suggest it is possible that there is technical intelligence being exchanged as well.

So what will happen if Putin actually does manage to force Obama to finally take action? Nothing Putin hasn't carefully considered using information not available to the general public, that much seems certain.

Not all are saying that innocents should be targeted; some of us are simply saying that once things kick off, history clearly shows that they *will* be. There is a difference.

MH-17 is another example in a long line of illustrations of why they shouldn't be. It also confirms that they will.

Considering the EU and bathhouse Barry benefit most by this plane flying into airspace that had seen 10 military planes shot down the week before my money is on Soros being responsible for it.

Didn't lots of Clintons enemies die in plane crashes?
