Despicable Maryland Attorney General’s Office Lies in Support Of Assault Weapon Ban

“Assault weapons” are not a subclass of anything, but are instead a political creation of citizen disarmament advocate Josh Sugarmann which was supposed to confuse citizens about the differences between actual military firearms and normal sporting firearms that share similar appearances. They do not and cannot be readily converted to function as machine guns. Likewise, the phrase “unreasonably dangerous firearms” is a subjective matter of opinion, quite apart from objective fact.

The Peoples Republic of Maryland was a lost cause many years ago. Abandon it to a well deserved collapse.

By snapping about semi automatics, the anti gun zealots bait the fudds into defending semi automatics by saying they aren't machine guns. This creates a premise that it's ok to ban select fire weapons. Our side has got to stop taking the false premise debate bait! Select fire is a CLASS of weapons. SCOTUS said it is not permissible to ban an entire class of arms. It's not passing muster to say you cannot have a revolver because we say you can have a shotgun. Likewise, the same must then hold true regarding select fire. Gubmint pukes cannot, then, say we cannot have selects because we are allowed semi auto.

We LOSE because we aren't making that case - BECAUSE we are baited into the garbage debate about "machine" guns. Take note folks, ALL guns are "machines ".

So let's step allowing THEM to determine the scope of the debate! Call them out on the false premise!

"Dr. Ben Carson WARNS AMERICA - DO NOT REGISTER YOUR GUNS!"

I find the above very humorous. I seems the good doctor has realized that some of us actually know that there is a Constitution and a bill of rights, which actually contains a second amendment that he does understand or agree with.

Apparently, he and his "handlers" have realized that most of the gun owning population, heard his previous position on the matter, and decided as I did, that he was another CARL ROVE RINO, and took their support elsewhere.

If you do not understand and agree with the constitution and bill of rights, as the founders intended, I WILL NOT VOTE FOR YOU. CLEAR ENOUGH....?

I lived in Maryland for several years back in the 70s. It sucked then and it sucks much more today. If I was offered double my pay to move to Maryland, I wouldn't do it.
