What rough beast? Slouching toward civil war in New York.

Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity. . .
The darkness drops again; but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?
The Second Coming, William Butler Yeats
NY Authorities Confiscate Gun Dealers Records, May Lead to Gun Confiscations Under SAFE Act
Remember when the New state "Intelligence" Center called us "paranoid" for believing they were going to confiscate arms under the SAFE Act? If I may paraphrase Yeats, "What rough beast, its hour come round at last, slouches towards Bethlehem, New York, to be born?"

It would appear that the ball is in the court of those AR-15 owners. The "Redcoats" are on the march towards Lexington Green #2. Let's see what happens to the Leviathan's minions.

This very much reminds me of the Mahdi Griffin 50 cal rifle from a few years back. It was an incomplete rifle one could order and then complete. The F troop 'tards (no offense meant to the retarded world over - just to the F troop fucktards) went after the guy and then went after his customers. I know someone that had the rifle and had to surrender it or else.

re: Brenden Morgan prosecution under NY SAFE Act. Keep in mind that prosecutors will go to extreme lengths to block knowledge of jury nullification for any trial.

yawn... when faced with shcok and death from a SWAT raid, the coward delivers records on 170 gun owners. For some strange reason, you have vets that risk being torn apart by a stray mortor in some desert hellhole but such courage is sourely lacking amongst yankees. Perhaps the yanks will prove us wrong, perhaps not. The BPA-A is making women out of these men.

Let's keep it real here.
The shop owner bowed to the most common police tactic - threat without a warrant.
This shop owner just handed over the records without fighting back. Police requested them and he complied willingly -admitting his own fear of being raided and his inventory confiscated. So rather than stand up to protect his customers , he put THEM at risk of swat raids and confiscation.

Only a FOOL would buy ANYTHING from this gun shop going forward.

Disarming people is an act of war. I don't see how it could be any more plain. We will soon see what stuff New York gun owners are made of.

If a government can disarm you, then by extension it can do ANYTHING it pleases to you. No one should ever forget that when faced with the hard choices that might be in our future.

The Hard disc crashed!

The records were inadvertently deleted.

Sent the Hard disc to you by FedEx!

You scared me so much I have forgotten the password!

Someone stole the computer!

I have no recollection of those records!

Lois Lerner instructed me how to do backups!

Someone shot my hard disc!

The Police dog ate it ...

Anyone who recently purchased from this store should either initiate a class action lawsuit at this coward who handed over records without a warrant or at the police for grabbing records without a warrant.

If you are in the business of dealing with firearms, grow some effing balls. If not, then please GTFO of the gun business.
