President Obama's grassroots campaign organization is pressing supporters to switch out their Facebook profile picture with a black and white gun control sign. Organizing for America is distributing the digital signs that read: "I am one of the 92 percent of Americans who support universal background checks."

92% of Americans don't agree on anything. When I see numbers like this I am highly suspicious of manipulation.
I like it, and it is now my new Facebook profile pic.
One note: Facebook seems to prefer square pics. It kept cropping off the sides, until I placed it on a background with margins top and bottom, in order to make it basically square:

How about recycling their own art with the exact same thing but modified like:
"I am one of the 92 percent of Americans who support universal background checks for perverts before they are elected to public office."
or
"I am one of the 92 percent of Americans who supports less government in my daily life."
Hm. It would be interesting to see who does put BO's propaganda pic on their facebook page. Might be useful for compiling a list, maybe.

Background checks for presidential candidates. Right. An applicant for a janitors job typically nowdays has to pass a drug test, employment history check, compentency test, and possibly a credit check(which is absurd), but guess what? The person who oversees the most powerful military in the history of the universe, and the largest cache of Nuclear weapons in the world only has to supply his birth certificate and take an oath where he promises to be a good boy. Fucking priceless.
As to the 92% bullshit..AJ hit it on the nailhead.
