Damn the legitimacy, full speed ahead. The cover-up drags on.
The judge, of course, is an Obama appointee.
A federal judge has ordered mediation in a lawsuit over congressional efforts to get records related to Operation Fast and Furious, a bungled federal gun-tracking operation in Arizona.
Judge Amy Jackson Berman issued the order Monday, after the GOP-led House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and the Justice Department said they hadn't been able to reach a settlement. Senior Judge Barbara Rothstein will conduct the mediation.
In a joint status report Friday night, the committee argued against mediation, while the Justice Department endorsed it.
Here's her bio.

We are indeed a nation ruled by the top nines robed kings. Unelected and unaccountable, they have their localized underlings to do their bidding. They have molested our Constitution by amending it from within the federal judiciary alone and succeeded in replacing straightforward legislated code with case law.
People are states, states are corporations and corporations are people.
Meanings of words have been changed to make the Constitution irrelevant as to what it actually says.
The mockery will continue until our Constitution is restored in all her glory. Millions upon millions have figured that out too. Cuz as a very wise person said not long ago - folks ain't buying every gun and every cartridge to turn them in to government. Gabby Giffords lying husband notwithstanding.......
The truth will come out about Gunwalker (from the perspective of government admitting it) but only after the usurper and his henchmen are gone.
This is no accident. It is strickly for public consumption. The republicans (Issa) knew this was coming when it was first announced that the committee and DOJ were near a deal. Now it is clear that they are no more trustworthy than the human POS Holder. Holder has been gutter people since he shot out of the birth canal. His evil knows no bounds.
