He's not spoofing here.
If you have the discipline to follow the CDs it does work. DO NOT try to follow the trainers rep for rep unless you are in prime physical condition or you will hurt yourself and burn out quickly.
Start off with a rep or two in the beginning to test just how far out of shape you are, then increase reps only when you're comfortable doing so.
Your muscles WILL hurt. For the first few days you WILL walk around like you're carrying one of those dumbbells up your rear end. But I can guarantee that you will see and feel results after the first week or so of rotation.

A young man at work, (early 20's) came in yesterday morning and he moved like he'd been hit by a truck. I asked wtf's the matter Tyler?
He simply said "P90". I had never even heard of it until yesterday.

I did P90X last year when I went through the police academy. Now, I'm a young pup (mid 20's) and have served 6 years in the Guard, and I thought my PT was good enough.... P90 kicked my ass. I recommend this to any Patriot, Threeper or Minuteman who thinks they're up to it.
