This just in: The NRA discovers the Project Gunwalker Scandal. Just ask Wayne the Weasel.

Wait! Wait! We're supposed to be at the FRONT of the parade!

NRA boss unveils shocking news on radio!

Of course he gets most of the details wrong, but hey, at least he found someplace to park the weinermobile.

Main Wayne has just learned a lesson that Moses understood over 3500 years ago:

"There go my people! I must hurry and catch them, for I am their leader!"

Yes, he did fumble through it. But hopefully Glenn Beck will expose it some more

Would someone please tell Beck to dig a little deeper and discover who really broke this story. He needs to know the NRA is FOS.

What needs to be publicized here is how often the NRA steals credit for the hard work of other people and organizations - like the GOA and the Second Amendment Foundation. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with taking credit for the work of Mike, David, Larry Pratt and the others involved here. It's obscene.

Glenn has no excuse for being this late to the party, or for holding the NRA up as champions of gun rights.

As time goes on, it's getting harder and harder to chalk all this up to Glenn's "learning curve"....

At least those making comments on Beck's site - for the most part - recognize that you and David were the ones who really broke the story and not the NRA.

I found myself screaming "Welcome to the party, pal!" at the radio today while Glenn Beck was dumbfounded by this crime. That being said, CBS has its strange side of the viewing spectrum, and Beck has quite a following on his. As frustrating as it is, at least the story is getting national media attention!

Thanks Mike. Thanks David. Now that everyone else is going to grab credit for what you accomplished and your work products (can you say lawyer) I thought perhaps you might be traveling to Washington for testimony before committee/s and thereby gain the proper recognition that you deserve.

Alas, unless someone on the committee/s request/subpoena your appearance....

In my opinion, Beck getting hold of this thing is probably one of the best things that could happen.

Mike, why don't you and David try to make contact with him?

Beck is a disingenuous douchebag who merely sees the right wing as a way to make money and gather a following to buy his books. This, some of us learned first hand, long ago.

Maybe so. I know have I a problem or two with him. But then again, I usually have a problem or two with just about everybody. But I'd like to think that I'm pragmatic. I don't care "how" we get there as long as we get there.

If the dude's willing, and it appears that he is, I would encourage working with him and using his talents.

After all, he has demonstrated his ability to draw a couple hundred thousand people to a particular place at a particular time, and his message reaches millions.

Does anybody in our circle have such talents?

I thought not.

If he's amenable, I say work with the guy.

To coin a phrase, tempus fugit.
