Two more invitation requests for Obama’s ‘common ground’ gun summit . David Codrea and yours truly.

David's on a roll.

And there’s one more significant reason why those seeking “common ground” ought to hear from Mike and me. We identify ourselves as ideological members of an admittedly small but very committed group of American gun owners who are on record that we will not obey any new gun edicts. So no matter what consensus the DoJ summit reaches, they and the American public need to understand that resources will have to be expended administering consequences for our defiance should they propose and then get passed any new infringements—including through executive orders.

Because we are not backing up another inch. Although we would be pleased to present a list of good first steps for the government to start backing up and off.

Have you and David made your lists of 100 heads if you DO get invited and do not return? If so, some of us that may be remaining would probably be interested...

I trust you and David to represent my views (which are the same as yours). I am one of those described as "NOT ONE MORE INCH"....

OH HELL YEA!

To bad that Obama and crew don't have the Balls to offer that invitation to ya,never happen.

On another note Mike, I saw a couple of comments about YOU running for Senate in 'Bama, if not the Senate why not Congress. You didn't respond. If you do run I would be willing to move to Alabama(for a short time)in order to support your Election.
I mean You have the time to run for office. It would be a way to maybe turn things around without going to the Ammo Box.Hell just your running would scare the bejesus out of the established parties on both sides of that aisle.

The whole idea of more gun control is more gubermint jobs !

Cass Sunstein is nudging away at the 2nd amendment and this will cost the Demonuts and Obama big time in 2012 at election time. But... remember he did say he wanted to be a great one term POTUS !

Obama today is at 42% in the polls and slipping, the more he slips the more aggressive he will become with his unconstitutional regulations. Congress has become impotent and irrelevant to this crowd in the WH!

Slick Willy's denunciation shows they know (and fear) you are an interested party.

In the interests of "Civil Discourse (TM)" I'd better not use the term "stakeholder"

Give 'em hell, Michael!

We need to start making and distributing "lists."

They aren't going to listen and every bad thing we feared is going to happen. Time is not a friend.

When citizens become disarmed subjects, bad things tend to happen.

You can't compromise with people that want to take away something you want to keep. Like Knox said eons ago, "If you come for my leg and we compromise on chopping my leg off at the knee, that still doesn't work for me."

Those clowns have to be made to understand we're serious.

LOL I can see those in charge of the invitations trying to decide whether to invite Mike and David , or the proverbial turd in the punch bowl , wonder which would be more preferable to them......

For JoeFromSidney:
The "clowns" who need to be convinced we are serious are not The One and his toadies. THEY do not care. Their ENABLERS are the ones who must be convinced. And THEY also do not care. They have body armor and full auto weapons and flash bangs and air and EVERYTHING ELSE their dishonorable hearts desire. And there is only ONE way they will be convinced to not bow and scrape before their Masters and do WHATEVER they are told.

In my congress critter e-mail re: Traver, I did nominate you and/or David to serve as ATF director(s).

Now that would be a "gun summit" worthy of the name!
